There was an extraordinary report in Tuesdays Washington Post about the Clinton e-mail investigation. It involved the governments interview of longtime Clinton consigliere Cheryl Mills. It details how Justice Department attorneys made an agreement with Millss attorney to cut off questioning about a key aspect of the case. Mills, who is a lawyer, was represented at the interview by a lawyer named Beth Wilkinson. As is customary in these situations, the questioning was conducted jointly by FBI agents and Justice Department prosecutors. Yet when things got dicey, it seems the Justice Department prosecutors worked jointly with Ms. Wilkinson to block the FBI from asking about Millss collusion with Clinton in the belated provision of thousands of Clintons e-mails to State provided only after nearly 32,000 of those e-mails were deleted. More like a banana republic.
This is politics. The decision on Hillary will be based on her poll numbers.
If she has the poll numbers, they will protect her.
If she does not, she becomes expendable and is toast.
The emails are nothing. Nobody cares about obscure violations of technical aspects of the US Code, certainly not enough to give up the First Vagina in the Oval Office, nor the goodies she promises to bring.
The conspiracy, racketeering, bribery, money laundering, and tax evasion revealed by their contents is everything. Everybody knows you have to pay your taxes.
Thanks detective.
We can trust Comey to hold to the highest ethical standards. I'm OK with that...
Also, we know the DOJ is run by a woman who's only 'standard' is 'what's best for Democrats...' She's an embarrassment...
The significance of all this: While at the State Department, Pagliano allegedly provided tech support for Hillary Clintons non-State.gov email system.
Can we assume the New York Times, Sunday Morning with Chris Wallace and the Washington Post are chomping at the bit to cover this?/s
Oh yeah.......smirk.
“”Maybe since Clinton is also guilty of international crimes, they should refer their findings to The Hague. Libya surely qualifies.””
Brilliant idea....It sure does. She had absolutely no business meddling in that country’s affairs...she or her idiot boss man... I wonder if there’s ever been talk or any hint that perhaps the parents of Stevens, Doherty, Smith and Woods stood any chance at all of suing her and her whole passel of lying, crooked aides......
I think failure of the government to make the referral would also qualify as a crime as in covering up a crime by not reporting.
Ping to Article, # 34 , # 35 .
Thanks, Liz.
MEMO TO THE FBI:
""There is *new evidence* surfacing that neither Hillary nor her key staff signed the official State Dept exit form required upon termination of employment.
""The cunning Clintonids didn't sign off b/c that would have cutoff their access to classified, and other State Dept info......info the greedy Clintons and their cronies use to cash-in.""
Thanks to Liz and WildHighlander. ==============================================
Ping to remainder of # 37.

Thank You Liz and others for all the work you are doing on the Clinton email/server/Clinton Foundation/Clinton Global Initiative. Fight On! Justice will finally prevail with the Clintons!
“”I think failure of the government to make the referral would also qualify as a crime as in covering up a crime by not reporting.””
That would make sense but what do we peons know? This is an excellent article. McCarthy for AG or Supreme Court!!!!
Thanks, lucyt, for pimging this out!
From the article & liz’ post :
“”The cunning Clintonids didn’t sign off b/c that would have cutoff their access to classified, and other State Dept info......info the greedy Clintons and their cronies use to cash-in.””
This means somebody bought the classified info, and the clintonoids sold it to them.
And that particular “somebody” would have been a foreign government; who else would buy classified info, certainly not our own government, because it was already our own.
Last time I looked, selling classified info to foreign governments was considered espionage and treason.
Lucyt, your picture says it all...
PRETTY sure GOD will get him!
(snip)
ABSOLUTELY, Mouton. 1/2 of America's greatest crime couple is also a WAR CRIMINAL unlike this republic has ever seen.
The cunning Clintonids didnt sign off b/c that would have cutoff their access to classified, and other State Dept info......info the greedy Clintons and their cronies use to cash-in.
This means *somebody bought the classified info,* and - the clintonoids sold it to them.
And that particular somebody would have been a foreign government; - who else would buy classified info, - certainly not our own government, because it was already our own.
Last time I looked, selling classified info to foreign governments was considered espionage and treason.
