I know the polls say Donald Trump cannot win. But what if we are looking at the wrong poll question?
What if Trumps overwhelming negatives dont matter? Or, to put it another way, what if the countrys negatives matter more?
Right now, about 6 in 10 Americans have an unfavorable view of Trump, and only 36 percent view him positively.
But the country is faring even worse. In the most recent average of polls calculated by RealClearPolitics, 26.9 percent of Americans think the nation is headed in the right direction and 64.9 percent think we are heading down the wrong track.
So what if even voters who respect Hillary Clintons competence reject her as the embodiment of business as usual? And what if even voters who do not like Trumps bigotry or bluster care more that he will, in their view, shake things up?

Maybe Dumbocrats are waking up to the fact that like-ability ratings are absolutely MEANINGLESS.
They tend to wait until they are a little older, and then have them carry a bomb into the market.
They always mention that hillary has an advantage with women voters but never talk about her ‘man’ problem. A greater number of men prefer Trump, so it more than balances out the ‘woman problem’
“So what if even voters who respect Hillary Clintons competence...”
LOL
Wow really? Who but an unbiased observer would think that?
Yes. Be afraid. Be very afraid...
Well, Trump is a bigot and a racist. Therefore, his supporters, or anyone who views him favorably, and even those who do not view him favorably but would still vote for him... Are also bigots and racists. Q.E.D.
That’s all the Left care about. Are you a racist? (Well, you ARE white! And Republican!)
6 out of 10 find Trump unfavorable? Really? The number of people I have seen at the numerous Trump rallies indicate otherwise. Granted there are weaknesses in all people. Painting “all feelings” about one candidate or another is a pretty much using a broad brush.
..the economy is improving. SAY WHAT???
The smarter ones are. Van Jones, for example, sees Trump as a viable threat to the DEMs, so does David Axlerod, and to some extent Paul Begala. Begala has a lame approach to deal with the threat, accuse Trump of birtherism and paint him as a racist, for that, and for his approach to Muslim immigration. Van Jones, on the other hand, thinks the "loose cannon" slur won't work, instead it feeds into the people's desire to blow up politics as usual. He argues that a better slur is to paint Trump as a con-man.
I’m ashamed that Texas gave us LBJ, the Bushes and the slimy narcissist Canadian LAWYER CRUZ.
Donald is an AMERICAN who loves his country.
He is owned by NO ONE. He is not an insider.
He has heard the voice of WE THE PEOPLE- our anger and frustration at the corruption and being ignored.
He has stepped in to help us.
how can they think "framing" trump as a "con-man" is smart when it opens the door for "framing" the hildabeast as a "con"?
As for Hillary being a criminal, she just denies it, and the officials in the government give her cover. She might be careless, but she's not a criminal.
The alternative label for Trump, loose cannon, is seen by some as a positive attribute, that's why it isn't as powerful as "con."
Trump will wait and see which punch Hillary and the DEMs decide to throw, he'll counterpunch.
“But notice that Trump is the only one they fear. The evil and corrupt Democrats in Washington considered the Republicans to be weaklings and cowards and easy to push around.
But they fear Trump.”
Exactly!
That is why they conspired with the GOPe, to try to deny Trump the nomination. I posted an article before, about mega-rich Dem donors meeting w R “leaders” about keeping Trump from becoming the nominee. He is the only one they fear.
Tech billionaires (major Dem donors) plot with GOP leaders at exclusive island resort to stop Trump
Unfortunately...
And he [God] said, Go, and say to this people:
Keep on hearing, but do not understand;
keep on seeing, but do not perceive.
Make the heart of this people dull,
and their ears heavy,
and blind their eyes;
lest they see with their eyes,
and hear with their ears,
and understand with their hearts,
and turn and be healed.
(Isaiah 6:9-10)
There’s a portion of our nation who are at this point, I fear. They are under judgment, so the chance of turning has already been taken away.
However, I don’t know names, so Imma keep proclaiming the Gospel anyways. But I suspect that things will probably get worse before they get better, at least on the morality front.
“...as long as there are 30 righteous...”
Trump negatives are 60%
Hilary negatives are 58%
Seems like the liberals are starting to doubt their own polling.
