Washington (CNN) Sarah Palin will work to defeat House Speaker Paul Ryan by backing his primary opponent in Wisconsin, the former Alaska governor told CNN's Jake Tapper.
Palin said in an interview that airs Sunday on "State of the Union" that her decision was sparked by Ryan's bombshell announcement to Tapper last week that he wasn't yet ready to support Donald Trump, the Republican presumptive nominee. Palin endorsed Trump back in January.
"I think Paul Ryan is soon to be 'Cantored,' as in Eric Cantor," Palin said, referring to the former Republican House majority leader who was ousted in a shocking upset in 2014 when challenger Dave Brat ran to his right in a Virginia primary.

No doubt he senses he needs her help, or at least for her to remain neutral. He doesn’t give a flip how the media treats her. He’s a media whore himself, always currying favor with the mediots.
I am now in my mid 80s and I very much admire Donald Trump and Sarah Palin. I think Trump and Palin are going through agonies today — thanks to high-mucky-muck rulers — within the Republican party. Hopefully, Trump and Palin will clean up the Republican high-mucky-muck crowd.
Disappointment? The man is a globalist, open borders, North American Union shill for the USCCB and our entrenched shadow government.
Ryan needs to lose Wisconsin, but we should expect the Marxists to converge financially for him, just to keep his boyish head propped up above the water line.
He would fit perfectly in Rome, with the New Age Vatican consorts for socialism and Liberation Theology. Preach it, Paul Ryan.

McCain used Palin, cares not one whit for Palin, never did, never will. Rode her politically like a rented mule to save his hide and still was blown out of the water by those of us who despised him.
