CRUZ: I'm going to tell you what I really think of Donald Trump. This man is a pathological liar. He doesn't know the difference between truth and lies. He lies practically every word that comes out of his mouth. And in a pattern that I think is straight out of a psychology textbook, his response is to accuse everybody else of lying.

Narcissists typically leave a trail of dysfunctional social chaos among their families, friends, and workplaces. Whereas Trump’s social ties appear to be remarkably stable over the course of many decades.

That is because Trump only appears to be a narcissist in his public persona. From what I read from the people who actually know him personally he is not a narcissist at all, and actually quite the opposite, a very giving person.
