Sen. Ted Cruz faced off with a group of Donald Trump supporters on live television Monday in Indiana. The state's critical primary is tomorrow.
"If you support Donald Trump, he's playing you for a chump," Cruz responded.

That was good.
Sounded like Cruz complained about a personal attack.
I’ll chalk that up to a “win” over here because of the visceral bile which propels you to make it personal, rather than just staying on the merits of the argument in a tone of mutual respect.
I characterize those people the petulant brigands in the exchange with Cruz losing their cool (he kept his) and acting like a bunch of damned Code Pink rude rabble rousers, as the ones being “LIV”. Can’t you see it or sense it? Or is this the kind of company you yourself keep?
You have less than no idea what you're talking about...ever.
Go eat some blow fish sushi.
These guys were harsh but in control and could have been Trump supporters.
I kind of feel bad for Ted as much as he should drop out what a harsh reality he got right there. He’s being reduced to political road kill.
Behind the anonymity of your keyboard: Cowardice.
really. and do you know how many were veterans? and is Ted a veteran? no.
you have NO IDEA tokyo, what or who those men were.j Cruz is never going to get to have a conversation with Hillary because Mr "face of god" is not the nominee, will not be the nominee and will never get the chance.
You should follow the example of other former ted supporters and get in line with the owner of this website who has requested and insisted that we support the nominee, donald trump...
Cruz needs to go back to his job in the Senate while he still has it.
Neither Cruz nor Levin are credible. I’ve had enough of their baseless, malevolent accusations.
>> insisted that we support the nominee, donald trump...
In fairness to the dissenters, the ‘request’ concerns decorum, not allegiance.
Do you think it is nice of Ted to try to debate a regular joe, and try to demonize Trump’s supporters as idiots there and other times he insults Trump supporters in general ?
I like that Trump ignores reporters and hecklers, 90% of them don’t care if Trump is being sincere to the interests of Republican voters.
Why does Cruz or anyone have to or want to ingratiate himself to the opposition or people who don’t want to help him?
I watched the video; for some reason, I wanted to smack the sh*t out of the guy with the sun glasses. He came across as an immature little punk. He’s on our side, but he was acting like a 1st class Di*k Head. Sorry, but I wasn’t impressed with this guys performance. Showing off brings out the worst in people.
No, not even close to the company I keep. They weren’t anything close to Code Pink either and to equate the two is a stretch. The Cruz and Co. show is over. Somebody, anybody, pull his act off the stage.
You just summed up the credo of the FR Zot Brigade. I read your home page, it's likely we'll go out like the members of the Wild Bunch...lol.
I agree

On a lighter note Beck says Trump will win Indiana and then Cruz will sweep the remaining contests. Maybe I should request another ballot, I don't want to waste a vote.
The very first pledge all the candidates made, except Trump, was they swore to support the Republican Nominee no matter who it was. The RNC made a big deal of browbeating Trump into publicly signing an official statement swearing he would support the nominee but Cruz welches and it is not even a news topic.
Yep Beck says Indiana is for sure going to go with Cruz. I guess Indiana will miss the wrath of g-d. God when will this madness be over?
Thank you.
He wasn’t trying to debate the man, he was trying to engage in a thoughtful conversation to win the guy over — and the guy responded like a jerk. If you watch the full six minute video, Cruz was gracious to the man when most people would have either punched his lights out or walked away in disgust. I did the same thing when I was on the campaign trail, walking into a crowd of SEIU counter protesters — I shook their hands and tried to put a friendly human face on the candidate they were being told to hate and fear. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. — It was an incredibly great risk for Cruz to take in front of the cameras.
