ARE YOU TOO BUSY FOR GOD?
This means we must commit ourselves to hearing the Lord's voice. How else can we know and do the will of our Heavenly Father? It means that we have a particular commitment to the God-ordained transformation that needs to occur within us so that we may reflect the King of Glory's character. When we decide to be open to the Lord of Heaven, He transforms our lives, and we experience a quietness in our spirit, a confidence in our heart, a dogged determination in our mind, and an increasing faith in our soul. Why not ask God to help you determine whether you are the person He wants you to be? After all, if you are too busy for God, then you really are too busy! God will provide us with the strength and courage we need to confront and overcome anything that comes our way. So....embrace God's love a-new today, and Be Happy!!

Lynn-Dah is MUCH better!
I won’t be able to get Blue till I can get somebody to drive me to my brother’s house 35 miles away.
I know 35 miles is not much to someone in Alaska, but in MA, it’s a BIG distance! LOL!

No turtles yesterday but Bo enjoyed lots of time in the water. There were actually some geese he was chasing.

GOD BLESS AND PROTECT OUR TROOPS AND OUR BELOVED NATION!
Amazing Grace (Click)
By John Newton
Amazing grace! How sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am found; Was blind, but now I see. . Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, And grace my fears relieved; How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed! . Through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come; Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far, And grace will lead me home. . The Lord has promised good to me, His Word my hope secures; He will my Shield and Portion be, As long as life endures. . Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail, And mortal life shall cease, I shall possess, within the veil, A life of joy and peace. . The earth shall soon dissolve like snow, The sun forbear to shine; But God, Who called me here below, Will be forever mine. . When weve been there ten thousand years, Bright shining as the sun, Weve no less days to sing Gods praise Than when wed first begun.

DEAR LORD, who suffered torment, agony, and death upon the Cross to free our souls from the chains of iniquity, protect and defend our troops. Guide them in the performance of their duties. Strengthen them to endure hardship, danger and deprivation in Your service. Let their efforts free the people of Iraq and Afghanistan from the chains of terror and slavery, foster a lasting peace in the region, and bring all to a greater share in Your Mercy. Amen.

You're welcome!
Here's a little surprise for you . . . this is a demo of an improvisational song I wrote after remembering the "Modeh Ani," a Jewish waking-up prayer that's often the first prayer taught to a Jewish child. I made it with a '59 reissue Les Paul Standard guitar, and I used a Yamaha E353 keyboard to simulate the organ, bass, and drums . . .
Modeh Ani.

Nice show!
Here's one I wrote in honour of the lady who gifted me my first electric guitar when I was 12, my maternal grandmother, may God rest her soul in peace . . .
