On the page of the application that 2DV provided, there's a "SSN" that starts with 70, the year of Cruz's birth. Is that his Social Security Number? I thought that was private. Does the 70 indicate year of birth, year of becoming a citizen, or nothing at all?
For all the rules and regulations under which we live, it's astounding how unclear some issues, like citizenship, are.
She lived in England for 6 years and became an English citizen there which would fast track her Canadian citizenship. She and her husband would never have be allowed to own a business in Canada if she were not a citizen.

I wasn’t looking to “prove” his citizenship, rather to show that he complied with registration in the SSS as required by law for all males born after 12/31/1959. His NBC status will be adjudicated elsewhere.

Although I do not find fault with your first comment in that I do not know enough of the details to say one way or the other, the last one quoted above I can assail. As a former member of the intelligence community, under this administration any security clearance is suspect, ANY!

Having born abroad with Canadian citizenship, Ted Cruz could acquire U.S. citizenship only by naturalization no matter who or what citizenship his parents were. Even if the both parents of Ted Cruz were natural born citizens of the United States of America, the Canadian born Ted Cruz would still not be a natural born citizen of the United States of America. At this point we cannot find any unimpeachable evidence to support the claim Ted Cruz is a lawful U.S. citizen of any kind. On the contrary, every piece of evidence that could be used to authenticate the lawful acquisition of naturalized U.S. citizenship has been sealed by Ted Cruz to prevent public disclosure.

A bench full of criminals violating their oaths of office can create a de facto result, but they cannot create a lawful de jure result, change reality, or rewrite history in any way that cannot be reversed and subjected to punitive consequences. The simple historical fact is that persons born abroad in the period of 1802 to 1855 and afterwards were born without any U.S. citizenship whatsoever no matter how many U.S. parents they had. This situation changed only after the Naturalization Acts reauthorized such children born abroad with a U.S. citizen father to acquire naturalized citizenship at birth. It remains to be seen if Ted Cruz was naturalized at birth due to his mother’s citizenship, or Ted Cruz was born without any U.S. citizenship and fraudulently obtained U.S. citizenship documents he is not lawfully entitled to possess. In any case, Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen of the United States of America, and he is no more entitled to natural born citizenship than the children born abroad who were denied any U.S. citizenship in the period from 1802 to 1855 and later.

Can you answer why he didn’t register within 30 days of his 18th birthday as required? I read an article he had to register to receive a pell grant. Any truth?

Don’t think that’s his social. SS Administration website states social security numbers beginning with 70 were assigned to rail road workers. This story gets more bizarre.
