A common sense bathroom guideline that men use men’s restrooms and women use women's restrooms has LGBT activists up in arms.
The University of North Carolina (UNC) announced last week that it would comply with state law which requires students to use the correct biological bathroom, rather than choosing which bathroom best suits them, according to a report by the Daily Caller.
UNC President Margaret Spellings confirmed in a memo to the university that the law would be followed on the college campus.
This is what has caused backlash from the LGBT group, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).
The organization claimed that the law inflicted "harm" onto students and allowed the university to "discriminate against transgender students by forcing them to use restrooms and other facilities inconsistent with their gender identity."
"This decision by UNC President Margaret Spellings not only inflicts real harm on transgender students in the UNC system, but also risks all federal funding flowing to the university, including federal student loans and grants to the thousands of students attending the state's 17 campuses," said HRC president Chad Griffin. "All students have a right to learn without fear of discrimination, and President Spellings has an obligation to protect them."
The policy gay activists are looking for universities to adopt reflects one that the University of Toronto once had, when men who identified as women could use the women's bathroom.
But, that policy was halted after two incidents of "voyeurism" where male students were caught recording female students in the shower.

From what I have read and heard, men transgenders are not having surgery, the men just dress up as women and tell everyone, “I am woman.” The left then wants them to have a “right” to enter women’s restrooms and locker rooms with their penis exposed. Women are being denied their right to privacy.
There was none of this nonsense before Bruce lopped off his weewee and started using lipstick. It’s because “T” is the latest victim group and is in our face to get all its wishes.

If you have male genitalia, you use the men’s room, if you have women’s genitalia, you use the women’s. It’s simple and it’s fair.
