[Donald] Trumps second-place finish to Sen. Ted Cruz (Tex.) in Tuesdays Wisconsin Republican primary may represent no ordinary setback, write the Washington Posts Karen Tumulty, Jose A. DelReal and Robert Costa. It appears to be a pivot pointalthough it has yet to be seen whether the trajectory from here points downward or upward.

The last time he faced the prospect of venturing into hostile territorywhen his rally in Chicago was overrun by left-wing disruptorshe ended up bugging out. If he fails to secure a majority of delegates, perhaps rather than endure defeat in Cleveland he will find a way to withdraw ungraciously before the convention.

Since Hillary is doing much worse than Trump lately is she dropping out?
sCruz is a bad guy thats why hes the head of the cruz cucks clan
Wishful thinking by the anti-Trump crowd. No way hes dropping out before the convention.

Didn’t say he was dropping out before the convention.
Said AT the convention.
“why would you even post such a stupid article.”
Catchy headline. We click it, glance at the ads.
The mailman’s son is beating Cruz in NY
By the rules, candidates are not permitted to release their candidates to another candidate. On the first ballot they are bound. On the second ballot, they are free.
Good Lord, how the WSJ has fallen.

Yeah. No ****. All the real trustworthy sites we have left now are the National Enquirer and Mad World News as they regurgitate the “Cuban Mistress Crisis” stories.
“Yeah, its a stupid story. uh-huh.
From the freakin WALL STREET JOURNAL”
So? Oooooooh the “FREAKIN’” Wall Street Journal!!!!!
Watch me bow at the alter of the dead tree publication that you have constructed.
That is supposed to make this into something sane? You even have Cruz supporters here calling it stupid.
Funny how Cruzdavidians spend their days posting articles from Establishment sources, than claim they are Anti-Establishment.
Does anyone here really think Trump wants to be POTUS and actually govern this country? His “interviews” on substantive matters are a joke. It’s all about him. He has no core beliefs and hasn’t thought thru these positions in order to make coherent responses.
Interestingly, I read an article in a lib publication that flatly said that Sanders hasn’t thought thru issues and solutions much either. It show the mood of the American voter that protest candidates with no real platform are doing so well.
regardless of who had written it , do you not honestly think it is a stupid article.
Will Steph Curry and the Warriors drop out of the playoffs?
seems so.
Trump drop out? What a joke!
no.
tl;dr
“I think the Gope will hand Cruz the nomination, because reasons.....mostly wishful thinking.”
Yes, on her way to lock-up.
The DemUniparty had its voter footsoldiers around Milwaukee pull the lever for the RepUniparty patsy, Ted Cruz - because they KNOW he's the guy that will lose to the Democrat nominee in the general election.
20,000 shifted votes in Waukesha County can't be wrong. :)
Trump supporters aren’t going to support Cruz. There’s been too much duplicity in the Cruz “win at all costs” campaign. Cruz won’t get crossover votes. Haven’t you gotten the party insider memo? It’s “lose with Cruz”.
That booming sound was laughter.
