I would expect conservative Walker to support fellow conservative Ted Cruz over liberal NYer, Donald Trump.

Perhaps it will be about as relevant as the Battle of Belleau Wood was towards Germany winning WWI.
...................................................
Yup! Forever after to be known as Le Bois des Marines.

Trump’s presidency will be a turning point in the forced decline of America by the Globalists. American sovereignty must be eliminated for globalism to take over.Trump will bring back the real America because he is the only one who has a true American heart, sees and understands the threat.

ANYONE who votes for Cruz is voting for the end of America and the success of the New World order. Traitors all!

” To me the key is the incompetence of the Trump campaign.”

There won’t even be a campaign hope for the Republicans at all this year if it weren’t for Trump. All of the enthusiasm is because of Trump. Not Jeb. Not Rubio. Not Cruz.

Cruz is can only bring enthusiastic GOPe types. His stump speech is so classic politician and stupid, tired, stereotyped politician is it pathetic. His voice alone, that tone like a guy selling some cheap product on TV or something, and let me tell you right now he is NOT attractive to the woman vote and now when Americans in general look at him now that he is getting all the “wow!” phony attention from the GOPe media hacks, he is going to be seen exactly as the stereotyped politician he is.

But yesterday was a big day for all those who want to attack all you “white males” and your evil “war on strong women

This election is about amnesty, open borders, cheap labor - if you want more of that, go with your disgusting GOPe agenda that Cruz has now put on the coat of shame and wears in hopes of his own selfish motives and that of his globalist CFR wife. Destroy the Republican Party, as well. You are the minority, but stealing the seat that doesn’t belong to you. You are just like Cruz and the other politicians that everyone is so sick of.

Trump was asked many times here in Wisconsin the past two weeks to critique Hillary and all he did was say he’d need to wait on that until he beat the other two guys.

Was a nonsense response. You can walk and chew gum at the same time.

>> I wonder if the pace was getting to him <<

I read somewhere the other day that Mr. Trump has taken to wearing body armor.

Carrying that kinda weight around, while making three or more speeches every day, each appearance in a different town, has gotta be extremely tiring for anybody -- all the more so for a guy who's going on 70 years old.

You like to follow a hypocrite and a severly dishonest man. But most importantly, cruz is a terrible leader. Even if he was the perfect Christian Conservative (which he is far from being), he will be largely ineffective.

But you can cheer him on and give childish insults to supporters of Trump. Cruz will lose 40+ states.

As has been noted, Trump matched the RCP avaerge 35%. Looking at the Emerson poll, Cruz 40, Trump 35, Kasich 21; the telling thing is that Kasich was -7 and Cruz was +8. Kasich was the big loser, Cruz ran negative ads against Kasich and that clearly paid off in the densely populated areas where Cruz dominated.

Yeah, Cruz probably doesn’t wear body armor because it gets in his way when he’s getting it on in the campaign bus bathroom with the nearest streetwalker. That and he’s not a threat to the status quo like Trump is.

“They dishearten Trump supporters by telling them it’s all over.”........

Like Yogi Berra said, “It ain’t over till the fat lady sings”. Don’t think for one minute Cruz is EVER IN A MILLION YEARS going to be POTUS, the GOPeeeeeeeeee will see to that when they dump him and pick their own, no matter what the people want..

Wisconsin was always favoring Cruz, just like New York favors Trump.

I thought Kasich and Rubio were Capital L LOSERS because they put a lot of emphasis on winning their home states...

BTW, I had no idea that Ted Cruz was from Wisconsin. Well, Wisconsin is practically in Canada, so maybe that was what you were talking about...

The MSM theory from the very beginning is that Trump can be taken out.  If you repeat the Trump attacks long enough, you will defeat him.

How many times have we heard it.  Trump has peaked. It's all over for Trump now!  Oh boy, the whole race has been reset after Trump's defeat in Wisconsin.

Wrong!  This time the American people are going to defeat the MSM and the corrupt donors.  It's probably our last chance before the illegals are granted citizenship and the nation is ruled by the dependent class.

Hang tough, Trump supporters.  The best is yet to be!   And it's times like these...

I LOVE NEW YORK VALUES!

When Cruz is mathematically eliminated in two weeks will that be a stunning blow as well?
If you want to talk math, the goal here is not for Cruz to get 1237, but to prevent Trump from getting 1237. That’s the math that counts. After that, it’s the second ballot that counts.

Side note - isn’t this mathematical response an example of “Cruz can’t win, give up” propaganda? But why expect consistency from Trump supporters - too late to start that now!
==
What counts is winning the general.

Another fine example of why this party is stuck in stupid and its’ voters no smarter than that Bernie lot.

Cruz has been done, since the Tuesday he was destroyed in OH and FL. He can’t win those states therefore he can’t be Prez. Every vote for Cruz after that Tuesday is a vote for Hillary. Not even debatable.

For math, Trump beat Cruz to the tune of 1,000,000 votes in those states and Cruz ain’t getting many of those in the general. He is simply a GoPe tool to maintain the status quo.

.

Congrats to the Cruz supporters here. Well played in Wisconsin, we will see if it carries over to the remaining states. If Cruz & Trump go the the convention without the votes to win on the first ballot, we get to see whether ego and personal ambition trump (pun not intended) our first opportunity to defeat the establishment since Reagan.

I meant to explain what the rino strategy is following Cruz’s victory in Wisconsin.

The intent is to make it seem somehow far more important than the many more victories of Donald Trump.

“Narrative” is not a bad strategy. As a counselor, I’m aware of ‘narrative therapy’ and know it to be a powerful tool.

The problem in counseling is getting a couple to buy into the new narrative. I suspect the same concern impacts new political narratives.

Or I can connect the dots.

Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Colorado go goldenrod.(Cruz)

California, Indiana, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island go blue.(Trump)

Washington, Oregon, New Mexico: not sure which way they go.
