Wednesday, April 6, 2016, beginning at 7:00 PM EDT, GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally in Bethpage, NY at Grumman Studios. With two weeks to go until the New York primary on April 19, this will be Mr. Trumps first campaign event in his home state of New York.
Bethpage is a hamlet located on Long Island within the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, New York, United States, as well as a census-designated place with borders slightly different from those of the hamlet. Population: 16,429.
Grumman Studios
Last I saw, 3 delegates for Trump, but some are too close to assign as of yet.
Feeling better?
Sore all over and weak as a kitten, but on the road to recovery! Thanks.
A relatively small number of active posters, "the usual suspects," numbering about 150.
You are welcome. Take it easy and get well so you won’t rush by my breakfast posts. :-) **snicker**
The mention of Oyster Bay, LI reminds me of these lyrics...
“From a town known as Oyster Bay, Long Island
Rode a boy with a six-pack in his hand
And his daring life of crime
Made him a legend in his time
East and west of the Rio Grande”

Thanks - interesting article.
Here’s an article that was linked in the one you provided. It discusses the delegates, how they are selected and voting at the convention:

Local news said expecting 12,000 and 1000 protesters who will be kept on the main road and not inside the complex.
bump!
Lifting you up in prayers for a speedy recovery to full fighting strength.
I think today’s would have been ok except for that broccoli....
And for your hubby. Hopefully he (and you!) were able to get some rest last night.
Thanks for the info! Sounds like it will be a good turnout for Mr. T. Sure hope the number of protesters is overstated.
I’ve only been to LI once. Was in Northport and the wedding and reception were held in another town, but I don’t recall the name. We attended the Memorial Day parade in Northport - lots of fire engines of various vintages (my step-dad’s BIL was on the FD - volunteer). Was fun to see a patriotic parade in a small town. Bar-b-que with hot dogs, etc. afterwards. Lots of nice people.
NM - Continued prayers for you and your DH - hope he is doing better today.
Best,
SC
I lived in North Merrick for awhile when I was little. I see he’ll appear at Grumman studios. Do they still have a strong Defense presence in Bethpage?
I hope by now they have a protest area cordoned off. That’s how Philly handled the R convention years ago. But that was before the 0bama years.....
Amen.
Good morning, nikos and All. Had to leave the thread last night as I was not feeling good and the anxiety was getting to be too much. Disappointed? Yes, but we keep the fighting spirit strong for us and our Donald Trump. Too many enemies to fight, an enemy whose power has been honed for decades. Mr. Trump is well aware of this, and he will fight more shrewdly. Looking forward to tonight’s rally. Hugs to all.
I’m seeing 3 (cnn site). Scroll or click to the Wisconsin by county map.

Then check out this video from One America News to see how the districts apportion delegates.
