An ad created by the super PAC supporting John Kasich has adopted Donald Trumps nickname for rival Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX): Lyin Ted.
New Day Independent Media Committees video ad begins, Many just call him Lyin Ted, as a narrator proceeds to list Cruzs alleged lies.
Lied about Ben Carson to steal a win in Iowa; lied about being the best for the GOP when polls show he cant even beat Hillary Clinton; his TV ad about John Kasich lied. Stations had to pull it off the air.
If Ted Cruzs mouth is moving, hes lying, the ad continues.

The Trumpbots heard this from their own official liar himself . I to would like to know some precise detail of this loose claim that the T-bots use like lightning bolts against any reality . They are exactly like the 0bama type supporters ,,, hanging on every word with no objectivity .

You go research Cruz's actions during the Gang off Eight fight, not just selective sound bites but his entire strategy, then come back here and tell me he truly wanted amnesty.
If you still claim he wanted amnesty we'll all know the value of your word.

You go research Cruz's actions during the Gang off Eight fight, not just selective sound bites That was not a "selective sound bite" that was Cruz addressing the Senate Judiciary Committee. But there is more
Asked directly, Cruz had every opportunity to state that he didnt intend for his amendment to be adopted or for the Gang of Eight bill to pass at all and in fact replied the opposite. At no point did he describe his amendment as a poison bill or procedural maneuver to derail the bill. He had every chance to say he opposed a legal status for illegal immigrants and didnt do so.
At this point, there is no reason to believe that in 2013, Ted Cruz opposed a path to legalization (not citizenship) for illegal immigrants.

I remember very well what Cruz was doing in 2013. He was not doing what you assert.
Its just that simple. Any attempt to suggest otherwise is either ill informed or dishonest.

I have provided documented facts to support my contention that Cruz invented his poison pill excuse so he could adopt Trumps position on immigration once Cruz recognized Trumps' position was popular with the voters. He did the exact same thing on his support of TPA/TPP so there is a little history of Cruz inventing excuses so he could flip flops on unpopular issues. You on the other hand only make assertions. Not a good debating technique BTW.
Time to go have a beer, we can continue the discussion later. Have a nice weekend.

I'm tired of refuting the same old mischaracterizations. Those making them seldom seem open to the ample evidence that refutes them.
So I've taken to simply encouraging others, if interested, to check the record for themselves.
BTW its kinda early for beer, doncha think:)

BTW its kinda early for beer, doncha think:) LOL, Scotch really, but I am an early to rise and early to bed person.
I understand not posting links over and over again. It does get tiresome. I do it not to convince to poster I'm debated. You are solidly for Cruz and nothing I say is going to chance that, but rather the thousand of lurkers that drive by FR everyday. Maybe I can help a few of those in making up their minds.
That I do is create a text document and put the HTML link command in that document. Makes cutting and pasting easier.
Later FRiend. I can't wait for this primary to be over (with Trump the nominee of course).
