In the context of a currently legal activity becoming illegal and,,,should those who break a new law be held accountable for their actions...Trump says yes.

The media, Dems, RINOs all chime in and say no, people who break the laws should not be held accountable.

So add illegal abortions to personal drug use, sneaking over the border and setting up a government server in your house...the liberal position to laws is to ignore them.

Of course they all coughed up their Cheerios....they never met a law they liked unless it raised taxes.

For me....I have no issue with penalizing someone who breaks the law. Even if that law forbids a woman from murdering her child.

Think about it.....the left is bent out of shape because killing the unborn is a sacred sacrament of their religion. You cannot dare make murder a punishable offense....that would be inhumane.

Even with his misspeak he was positioning himself as pro-life

Anyone who believes in life knows that abortion is murder. Those "supporting life" have compromised so much that now it's the mother who's the victim. It seems to me that Trump coming around to that convoluted and accepted "logic" means that the women in his life do influence Trump's views.

The backtracking doesn't upset me as much as I'm bothered about those who have given up so much in their fight against abortion.

I wouldn’t listen to Glenn Beck if you paid me. Life is better without these egomaniacs trying to tell me what to think.

Abortion is not a States rights issue.

The 5th and 14th Amendment both acknowledge a right to life.

Life is a Natural Right from God. No gov’t entity, state or federal, has lhe legal or moral authority to contravene a Natural Right.

Trump was wrong yesterday on this. He’s wrong today.

So, Cruz and everyone else says that if abortions are made illegal, there is no crime committed by the woman who hires the aborter.

That means either the fetus is not a human or that it would be legal to hire assassins.

Let’s stand with Cruz and the GOPe in supporting legalized murder!

I don't understand why the pro-life people think if they get a ‘Bible candidate’ in the White House abortions will go away. No ‘Bible candidate’ will win the general election and even if they could, abortions will not go away. They dig in their heals, we get someone who moves the country left, and then they repeat same failed strategy in this election.

Lol, Trumpsters are still busy spinning how Trump was right...

That's easy when you take both sides of any issue.

And this latest controversy now takes the heat off him for saying education and health care are 2 of 3 most important roles for the federal government.

That’s the meme/memo they’re all going with. Funny to see the left...and the cRuz operatives walking lock step together.

Someone should write an Opera for them.

I find it very hard to believe Trump would say anything one day and then contradict himself later...

Yes, that would just never happen. Would imply a lack of deep principles or experience with policy questions.

Trump should only speak in practiced focus grouped sound bites. Like Ted Cruz.

Let Trump be Trump.

He’s on both sides of most issues.

Which is an improvement. The GOPe is on the SAME SIDE as the liberal socialists.

We’ve had “unnamed Sources” quoted a lot on FRIDAY lately. Many Trump supporters seem to find them acceptable so that must be true.

She also seems much more confident. When she sees how Trump is standing behind Corey, she probably knows the boss stands behind her too. The whole staff probably has renewed respect for Trump.

Trump needs to never do another interview with that nutcase, Chris Matthews. He’s obviously on uppers and would make a cup of coffee jittery. He fires questions so fast the viewer can’t even keep up with his line of thinking.
