Well what in the hell is the big deal? Obviously the smartest woman in the world knows everything so why would she attend some sort of dull boring briefing intended for dolts like the common every day employee. Sounds like the old "Nobody told me." defense. Ignorance of the, well, just plain ignorance.

Above the rules. Above the law.

The person who conducts the briefing passes around a sign-up sheet. They keep a log of who was briefed, on what and when. Those logs are retained as they are very important.

At critical briefings the attendees may get an acknowledgement that they did indeed attend.

I pity the guy who was unable to get her to attend. As difficult and condescending as she is purported to be it might have been impossible for the conductor to get any of her time. What do you do in that case? He is screwed. Hopefully, he sent a note via retained email documenting that he had tried and she had declined. That at least puts the blame on the next level up.

I would bet that she never even read the ‘fact sheets’.

Of course, since she is the ‘smartest woman ever’ maybe she didn’t think there was any reason to attend meetings, and she didn’t need to know what is in the fact sheets. sarc

Typically, if for health or scheduling reasons....you could go past the annual date a couple of months, and it wasn’t a big deal. That idea that this one and only training episode was it for four years? That’s a joke.

Then she tells these staff members to cut-and-paste classified onto an unclassified e-mail? All of this when she has access to the right systems or secure phones, and they drag these along with her where ever she travels?

Briefings are for the little people.

Hillary didn’t need no stinking briefings. Hillary is the smartest woman in America. She is omniscient. No one can tell her anything.

The Trainer should have signed off as well, betcha they won’t find that document. Systemic breakdown of policy will be the findings of this investigation, State is to big to fail, no individuals will be held accountable. Wholesale retraining will be the cure. Can’t be indicting the smartest women in the world.

It’s obvious that the AG is going to give Hillary a pass by saying she didn’t know the rules.

Whoopsie, poor Hillary didn’t know, so....no charges.

Did she have a “Security Clearance” did she not get an 873 form? I don’t recall getting a special class, but I did have to sign a form 2962? when I left. If she wasn’t cleared and she didn’t sign or have a class what the hell why was she even given access? Now we have a major problem with Ms.Stupid?

Sounds like something Trump can hammer home in the General Election.

Traitors don’t go to those briefings because it might make them feel kind of bad.
