The person who conducts the briefing passes around a sign-up sheet. They keep a log of who was briefed, on what and when. Those logs are retained as they are very important.

At critical briefings the attendees may get an acknowledgement that they did indeed attend.

I pity the guy who was unable to get her to attend. As difficult and condescending as she is purported to be it might have been impossible for the conductor to get any of her time. What do you do in that case? He is screwed. Hopefully, he sent a note via retained email documenting that he had tried and she had declined. That at least puts the blame on the next level up.

It’s the “gubmint” and we all know how they lose documents, particularly very IMPORTANT documents when we need them. Makes no difference anyway, “ignorance of the law” covers EVERYBODY including Hitlary. Jail time for her is in order!!!
