Gee, Donald Trump won’t use this poll at all in his next groupy gathering will he?

The best way for Kasich to reach the presidency is to run as Hillary’s VP so when she gets indicted and becomes “incapacitated” in a jail cell he accedes to the Presidency to carry out her policies that are already part of his platform for the Presidency

I admit I have a concern with Trump's electability. In 2012 the GOP nominated the ONE person in the entire country who could not run against Obamacare. In 2016 they seem to be poised to nominate the one person (or one of only a few) who have higher unfavorables than Hillary. Can Trump turn that around? Maybe, he gains support when he talks about issues but he loses it when he goes after people, especially women.

My opinion, Trump needs to start toning it down on the personal stuff ASAP. He's losing women because they think he's a meanie, even if they agree with his political positions. I'm not sure he can stop himself though.

Good grief....

Re-read my post.

History101: Iranian hostage crisis began Nov,1979

No question Carter’s support began plummeting with that event and the next 444 days.

Ronaldus Magnus began gaining and eventually surpassed PeanutHead.

Thank God!!!!

You have given me much information to think about some I knew others I did not. I will have to dwell on this for a bit. Thank you.

We don’t have a national election by popular vote. Our voting is done by state, i.e. the Electoral College.

When an honest poll reflects how our election is held, I’ll consider it. Until then, this nonsense is created for only one purpose, and that is to persuade voters to vote the way the “elites” desire.

If a poll is Pro-Cruz, the Trump Troos will disregard it and claim polls don’t matter. If it’s Pro-Trump, then Cruz needs to drop out, because polls are totally accurate. That’s pretty much what I’ve seen.

Makes sense... that is why Cruz and Kasich have such HUGE CROWDS and Trump has hardly anyone showing up to see him.

I'll support Trump in the general, I am not a bot for either favorite, however. That said, this is probably the stupidest line of reasoning that is so frequently posted on FR, I am tired of trying to correct it. Bottom line, pay attention to whom they are polling, among REPs, Trump wins, among the general electorate, he loses to Hillary. Thats the fact, thats how most of the polls are showing it at this time. Can that change? I hope like hell it does!!!!

No surprise here.

The problem of course is that the current front runner is an idiot who is losing by large margins of 10%-18% points to Hillary and some polls have even Bernie Sanders beating him.
Here’s an example of his recent tweet.

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump

Hillary Clinton has been working on solving the terrorism problem for years. TIME FOR A CHANGE, I WILL SOLVE - AND FAST!
7:46 AM - 24 Mar 2016

So he plays God. “I” will solve the problem without any hint of how. This is what blithering idiots do. He tells us he will deport 11 million illegals but never tells us how he plans to identify, locate and detain them, including women and children; perhaps in large detention centers, and then have at the ready a whole fleet of Jumbo 747s to take them to some over 40 countries,(40% of illegals are visa overstays) then bring the good ones back, and all this in the face of a tsunami of certain federal court injunctions.

Same story with ISIS. “I” will wipe then out, and the next day says that he leaves this up-to Putin, and later says he is willing to put up-to 20,000 US troops to do the job, and hours later denies saying this. This is the nutjob who is the Republican frontrunner.

Melania rakes in a seven figure payment for a fully naked seductive spread in GQ Magazine inviting men to leer at her, and when a Super-PAC over which Cruz has not control, hints that this may be our future “First Lady Tramp,” Trump threatens Cruz’s wife with exposing a past mental breakdown of his wife. This guy is plain scum. No wonder 68% of the national electorate say they have a NEGATIVE Opinion of him.

Trump is gift to Hillary.

To the contrary, a brain-damaged cackling publicly-corrupt Cankles is a gift to Trump.

If I weren’t for polls Trump would have been gone before Iowa. He got the status of leading candidate even after Cruz won Iowa. Trump has lived by the polls. Anything out of his mouth was all about the polls, until recently.

I guess we don’t have to bother with the caucuses, primaries and general election then.

We may be nominating the ONE person who said that Hillary would make a great president.

Apparently, some Trump supporters believe the nomination polls but they don't believe the general election polls.

why are you laughing when almost no poll shows Trump even anewhere close to Hillary or Sanders in any polls. and we don’t have the Iran crisis like Carter did to pull those numbers up

I never said to do without primaries—you have twisted my words polls were out long before the the first primary. Do have any reason why those were “good” polls? Even in the first debate and all following ones why was Trump in the center. can you answer that, if polls mean nothing
