It is the job of the lawyer to [p]ut up the same vigorous defense, regardless of his belief of the clients innocense or guilt. It is the system (judge or jury) that will decide the outcome.

I understand the vigorous defense.....but they aren’t allowed to LIE to get their client off. It’s my understanding the first thing a defense lawyer should say to a new client is ‘I don’t want to know if you’re guilty’. But Hillary! is in a (low)class by herself. This SHOULD be used to show her contempt for ordinary women.....those she cannot use to further her massive megalomania.

My Brother-in-Law (before his strokes and subsequent dementia) was a high profile attorney in Central Florida. He used to call me crowing about the dirt bag who sliced up a mother and fed her to the dogs to dispose of the body or whatever (that's an exaggeration on my part) and how he got him off on probation. I'd usually respond that HE was the reason I had to carry a gun everywhere, because he was letting all the scum out of the system. He was totally uncaring. He'd just laugh. He was an egomaniac who would brag about beating the prosecutor who convicted Ted Bundy on a weekly basis. Beat him like a dog, he'd say. Defense guys are just LIKE that. You can't impose your sense of outrage on this subject because what you're doing is essentially what the other side wants to do, but it goes against your sacred cows so to speak. Hit Hillary on her corruption, her misuse and flagrant disregard for the laws that protect the men and women in harms way in the Intelligence Community. Hit her for Benghazi. Hard. Hit her for anything, but forget hitting her for her law practice. It doesn't resonate with the majority of Americans. Freepers are different, you KNOW that. Anything that doesn't resonate with the populace only serves to detract from the overall impacts.
