I know a public defender. Most of her coworkers don’t care what the criminals have done and will lie and cheat to get them off. Thats what Hillary is.

Defense attorneys’ job is to DEFEND his client against charges brought by the state. He is NOT allowed to consider guilt, that would be grounds for disbarment and prosecution. Judge and jury determine guilt.

An attorney will never ask his client if he is guilty.

I agree with you. It is the prosecution that needs bring the case and the defense to use every legal means available to defend their client. If I’m ever in trouble with the law, I’m hiring the sleeziest lawyer I can find with the best win record. I might even hire Hillary or maybe Jonny Cochran (Is he still alive, by the way?).

I agree with your statements. It is the job of the lawyer to but up the same vigorous defense, regardless of his belief of the clients innocense or guilt. It is the system (judge or jury) that will decide the outcome.

A lawyer must not lie and cheat to sway the outcome however. I believe that Hillary is quite capabe of lying and cheating to achieve an outcome. Or maybe she just doesn't know the difference.

I agree. It’s their job. I also agree that the laughing is sick. I have known rape victims, one that was murdered. When these human scum get off it is up to the family of the victim to “take up the slack”. I would be at the parole board hearing pleading for his release. It is amazing how many “accidents” can happen to people on the street.
Rape is one crime that I personally feel deserves the death penalty.
