If Romney endorsed you, would you want to admit it?

Oh come on now,Romney’s endorsement would only torpedo an already sinking campaign.

Wait, what?
The Mexican candidate for President is coming to campaign, and Kasich went all in with amnesty.
Seems to me, that is endorsement.
I’m guessing Kasich is finding out the hard way how unpopular Romney is.

If he wants to lead the news, he should campaign with Gary Condit, who is/was an old fiend.

Before Mitt’s big anti-Trump speech last week, his endorsement would have been worth a fairly good amount of press and encouragement. Since that moment, Mitt’s value has sank very quickly. Everyone now sees that all Mitt is really after is yet another campaign for the presidency. No!!
Kasich is smart to underplay any such endorsement for the time being.

A Romney endorsement would have provided Kasich with a boost on the eve of Ohio's primary That's highly debatable. But if he can go on record with his positions on illegal immigrants as he has just recently, and his poll numbers are going up, then perhaps in Ohio it might.

Not that I'm trying to stoke racial discord. I'm jes' sayin'.
