Cruz wasn’t born until 1974.

I have only a hazy remembrance of the 60s.

This makes Ted Cruz ‘s spineless rejoinder to the violent demonstrations in Chicago so galling to me.

Cruz just doesn't get it. I am disappointed.

People GET IT!
Thank goodness, the rent a mob actions and the weasel words of the other 3 candidates is being exposed!

For a refresher, click on the link at Drudge and see how Ronald Reagan handled a mob!!!!.......Donald Trump at many levels is Ronald Reagan redux!!!!

Cruz has completely abandoned what few principles he had in blind pursuit of power. Sounds like the perfect choice to replace Obama. /s

The guy taking credit for stopping the Trump rally in Chicago and was shown on stage struggling with security, and later throwing punches in the crowd is Jedidiah Brown, a Chicago agitator with direct ties to Bernie Sanders.

Ironically, Brown is also one of the few people protesting Trump in Chicago who has a day job.

Goldman Cruz is a phony conservative.

ObamaTRADE? no problem.

Defending LIES of the MSM? no problem.

Lying to “win” caucuses? no problem.

Cruz = the new Obama-liar

“This week my White Toga award goes to Ted Cruz.”

BRILLIANT.

Where was Cruz in 1968...

Ted Cruz wasn't born until December 22, 1970 where his mother had moved to by that time. At that point, he spent a few formative years in Canada.

Another concern about Ted. That March 11, 2016 condemnation of Trump and his supporters for exercising their first amendment rights? It's what he should've been saying when the BLM protestors were burning down Ferguson and Baltimore, and when local authorities were enabling them to shut down access to major roads and facilities.

Cruz is not on our side. It's way past time for his followers to WAKE UP.

Ted really is a liar. His ridiculous rants about Donald as a Washington Insider, and “Hillary and Donald are 2 sides of the same coin”... Give me a break!

Nothing but the usual Washington Politician Lawyer slickness. Trained liars.

What is the difference between Chicago today and Moscow in 1914? Chicago is not and never has been a capitol.

Cruz tried to jump the shark but fell into the shark hole. I’m afraid this has eaten him alive.

What a weak statement on his part...no it’s more than that...what an UNPRINCIPLED statement on his part.

Cruz made a purely political calculation and attacked Trump rather than attacking the progressives who instigated the violence. His political instincts were profoundly wrong.

Had Cruz shown support for his fellow Republican he would have bolstered his position in the race. By attacking instead he has ended his campaign. I was enthusiastic about Cruz, but he is now dead to me.

This was a revealing moment, and it revealed the worst aspects of Ted Cruz. While Bernie and Hillary are the enemies, and Cruz attacks his own side. How shameful...

Obviously a plan was hatched in the Sea Island Ga meeting two weeks ago.

The goal was to take Trump’s rhetoric urging his supporters to defend themselves, and morph it into a narrative of Trump incitement to violence.

First, you had to have violence. Which is where Hillary comes in. Her operatives were in Sea Island also, and were in the know. For Hillary a riot at a Trump rally instigated by Bernie supporters is a two-fer.

Hillary. Rahm. Obama.. Chicago .Soros. David Brock. Rove. Fox News. All against Trump. Bernie the patsy. How convenient.

The Hillary camp had the most to gain, but also the three amigos, now clearly carrying the GOPe banner.

I would bet most of the Bernie sign carriers in Chicago were actually Hillary-paid operatives.

Cruz post-Chicago comments were contra-instinctive, even for him. His knee-jerk reaction is generally to protect free speech and freedom of assembly. He knows what went on there. His comments were planned by the anti-Trump cabal, and apparently, he’s a team player. Trump HAD to be blamed. Bernie HAD to be blamed, or the plan wouldn’t work.

“A campaign bears responsibility for creating an environment...”

This part is true. Cruz created an environment where dirty tricks were acceptable. He also created an environment where Glenn Beck, while campaigning for Cruz, feels totally free to call Trump a “racist”, “Hitler” and Trump supporters “brownshirts”. If Cruz was opposed to such talk, he would either send Beck home on the first bus or tell him to lay off the crazy talk.

Apparently Trump not only controls the media but also the minds of other candidates and anyone he comes in contact with.

He can drop his entire advertizing budget at this point.
