This act by the government was murder, plain and simple. The faceless monolith will try to cook up a story that justifies murder, but it won't work!

It's bad enough that Americans have to worry about the central socialist government's importation of filthy Muslim killers, but we have to keep an eye on the government goons as well. AG Lynch has proven that her confirmation was another Republicrat error. She wants to go after those who believe Global Warming is a hoax. She considers the act of laying a slice of bacon across a mosque door handle a crime that the entire DOJ should be working to solve.

Yes it was murder, and they WILL get away with it. Police almost NEVER face any consequences for their criminal acts. About the only way these thugs will be brought to justice is if Timothy McVeigh rises from the grave and that isn't real likely.

...that is the DC government becomes both plaintiff and prosecutor, which is a serious conflict of interest when they are the actual criminals in the matter.

Government always gives government a pass. Recall how the DOJ gave the FBI and BATF a pass for Waco. A Culture of Corruption begets yet more corruption. Moreover, such institutional attitudes tend to attract and retain some types of people while repelling others. People who are repelled by corruption tend to seek employment elsewhere. People who are not repelled are happy to be promoted by vacancies such resignations provide.

The fish rots from the head down. In the last generation we have had too many heads of the DOJ who put ideology ahead of the law. Janet Reno comes to mind. So does Eric Holder. The fish rots from the head down and this fish has a big stinkin’ head.

A couple of observations after watching the video several times.

Not sure what was going through LaVoy’s mind to jump from the vehicle and yell, just shoot me. Then what looks like LaVoy placing his right hand into or toward his jacket. I went back to try to identify shots fired while he was doing this to see if he was checking a wound from gunfire. No gunfire up to that point as he was walking in the snow.

Secondly, continually firing rounds into the vehicle placed that child's life in jeopardy. Did the officers know a child was in the vehicle? Not sure.

Bet’cha there will be officers/FBI held accountable for the excessive gunfire on the vehicle. The LaVoy shooting would be hard to convict seeing as he didn't just get out and lay down with his hands up.

Watching the shooting video, it certainly appeared that
Mr. Finicum had his hands in the air & was walking away
from his vehicle when he was shot. - He had made a video
a few days earlier explaining his position in a calm &
detailed manner. He appeared sensible.

Breaking: Lavoy Finicum WAS Tased - FBI Now Being Investigated

5 FBI agents under investigation for lying or conspiring to lie about the details of this shooting.

Tased and shot in the back 3 times.

This was an un-necessary murder of an American made justified by following the letter of the law and deemed so by the very government that created the monster that did it.

If you would like more information about what's happening in Oregon, please FReepmail me.

I lost my Oregon list when my computer crashed last year, so please send me your name by FReepmail if you want to be on this list.

If a large team equipped with rifles and laser dot scopes painting everything in sight is afraid and threatened by one man in knee deep snow equipped with, at most, a handgun...

...maybe they are in the wrong profession.

... it became even clearer that LaVoy Finicum was murdered in cold blood

Nope, that's not clear at all. It is clear that Finicum repeatedly told the LEO's that they would have to shoot him.

...and that though he was killed by Oregon State Police, at least one FBI agent took two shots at him as he exited the vehicle with his hands raised.

Going by audio from the cellphone video it seems that the FBI bullet struck the roof of the truck as it approached the roadblock, not when Finicum got out.

I don’t think that all the law enforcement personnel involved in this came there to shoot people.

It’s quite possible one of them did.

And when the shooting starts, all the rules go out the window.

Look at who was in charge. Who in the world sets up an operation this poorly?

Nobody in front of the cars at the stop? That’s just stupid.

And the next government location is that far away? Stupid.

What was the purpose of this operation?

Traffic stop? Failed.

Take people into custody? Failed.

Send a message that if you disagree with the Democrats they will shoot you? OK.

This operation was screwed up. It remains to be seen if that was intentional or not.

Loyalty to incompetent law enforcement is not loyalty to the law. It is loyalty to incompetence.
