Bundy Attorney: "We weren't given the full Truth at that FBI Press Conference after the Shooting”
Freedom Outpost ^ | 3/9/2016 | Tim Brown

Posted on 03/10/2016 5:16:33 AM PST by HomerBohn

Following the release of the synced video from the aerial footage provided by the Department of Justice and the phone video from Shauna Cox, it became even clearer that LaVoy Finicum was murdered in cold blood and that though he was killed by Oregon State Police, at least one FBI agent took two shots at him as he exited the vehicle with his hands raised. Now that the video has been released, Ammon Bundy's attorney has come out and exposed the lies of the FBI saying, "We weren't given the full truth at that initial FBI press conference after the shooting."

Indeed, America was not given the truth about the shooting. They were fed a lie about the shooting just like the media, the FBI, the BLM and even GOP politicians were feeding the lie about the protest.

In my previous report, you can easily see and hear what took place when LaVoy Finicum was gunned down. In that report, the FBI said that they were investigating one agent for firing two shots, but not reporting those shots. Yet, Greg Bretzing, special agent in charge of the FBI in Portland said, "The question of who fired these shots has not been resolved." How can that be? Are FBI agents not required to report when they fire their weapons? Are they not accountable for each and every round in their gun? We are told though that the FBI has it under control and they are investigating themselves, including four other agents at the scene. Sure, that's not a conflict of interest.

Bundy attorney Mike Arnold questions the same thing I have questioned and that is whether or not the FBI can actually be impartial when it comes to investigating their own in the shooting of LaVoy Finicum.

The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office uncovered the evidence that FBI agents fired on Finicum's truck and discovered that the FBI failed to report that information. They then reported that to the Office of the Inspector General.

At least one of those shots hit the truck.

"We weren't given the full truth at that initial FBI press conference after the shooting," Arnold said. "They selectively released information to the public. They gave us the aerial video. They made certain representations to the public, and they were incomplete and incorrect. And this is why transparency in government is so important."

Arnold was referencing this press conference.

(Watch video at link)

According to Mr. Arnold, the occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge was nothing more than a political protest, and that protest included being armed for self-defense, not for preemptive strikes. In other words, the men and women protesting were exercising their rights protected under the Second Amendment to protect their rights, which are to be protected under the First Amendment! Apparently, from the DC governments view and many other politicians, these two rights don't belong together, but that's not how our forefathers saw things when they dealt with English tyranny.

"So what we have is a bunch of folks protesting the government, then the government investigating the government protesters, and then the government accused of covering up the investigation of the government protesters, and then the government investigating their own coverup in the investigation of the government protesters," Arnold said.

That's exactly right, and this leads us back to the point that Ammon Bundy brought up to Megyn Kelly and that is the DC government becomes both plaintiff and prosecutor, which is a serious conflict of interest when they are the actual criminals in the matter.

So can we assume you are a special agent in charge in the FBI or a DOJ official? Maybe on the Govt prosecution team? Fair disclosure please. :-)

Murder. Plain and simple.

We are not only fearful of the raping and murdering Muslims being imported into our now pitiful nation by the evil Obama regime, but we have to be alert for government goons who will kill citizens.

I dunno Homer. If I were surrounded by cops after attempting to run a road block, I don’t think I’d get out of the truck and march around screaming, “just shoot, just shoot me” and then reach for my jacket.

Pretty much a career ending move...would you not agree?

And yet the ONLY protester from the refuge that was killed was the one who got out and confronted the police, then reached for his weapon. Terribly inefficient plan for murdering the protesters.

The US govt kills/murders people all the time. You just don’t hear about it. This one they took too far thinking well we got away with it in the nineties we can still get away with it now. They didn’t think it through. Today we have cell phones with video, the internet with all types of social media and alternative journalism. Its not as easy to get away with as it used to be.

Give it up trying to debate this guy he’s a paid govt troll. Just follow his talking points and he shows up on every thread on this subject as the contrarian. Who has time to do that unless its a paycheck? Or he’s a relative of one of the shooters.

No the only reason your two FBI colleagues didn’t kill anybody else is because they and most LEO’s are notoriously poor shots. Its almost like Howdy Doody time when a car full of people take that much incoming and nobody gets hit. You need to get with your buddies and get to the range. :-)

What an idiot you are - just like a large number on FreeRepublic these days. If you say anything that remotely resembles support for police officers who were doing their jobs, that means you’re either a police officer yourself, or you’re FBI/DEA/etc.. For the record, I work in the field of medical software support. I have a brain. I can view a video and make a judgment about what I see, unlike the braindead morons who immediately jump to the conclusion that this was a preplanned murder when the facts simply do not support that conclusion in any way.

Not near as much fun as gunning a guy down in a fire fight, but they could have just dive tackled him and cuffed and stuffed him at any of the numerous face to face meeting that were held between LaVoy and the authorities over the prior few weeks.

Citizens dying at the hands of the illegals. Fed Gov holds another debate.

Citizens dying at the hands of Islamists. Fed Gov holds another debate.

Citizens dying at the hands of Abortionists. Fed Gov holds another debate.

Citizens dying at the hands of compromised Fed Gov emails. Fed Gov holds another debate.

Citizens dying at the hands of Fed Gov. Fed Gov holds another debate.

I’m noticing a pattern here. High time the lawyers quit debating each other and act. If that does not happen a lot of people may take some time off work or play and vacation in Cleveland this summer. Always wanted to visit the Rock & Roll HOF. I hear the sunset over Lake Erie is stunning on balmy evenings.

Hey I didn’t say it was your fulltime job.

When you see a flock of redbirds and there’s just the one bluebird you start to wonder. Whats that bluebird doing with all those redbirds? On this particular subject you are the bluebird. I just have to wonder whats that bluebird doing here? How come there aren’t other bluebirds?

Yep, I agree. They really didn't have to shoot him.

Still, LaVoy did have some responsibility here. Can't get past it.

Years ago, Waco incident. The sheriff there reported David Koresh often coming into town to gather supplies and so forth. The feds could have nabbed him with incident at that time. Nope. Oh, those boyz with their toyz had to perform and all out assault on the compound. Resulting in the murders of innocent woman and children.

If a large team equipped with rifles and laser dot scopes painting everything in sight is afraid and threatened by one man in knee deep snow equipped with, at most, a handgun...

...maybe they are in the wrong profession.

I remember the WACO scenario well.

Now it is a stipulation that all the “excess-military style’ gear that LEOs receive from FedGov must be utilized in the manner for which it was designed within a year of the issue date or loose support funding or the equipment itself.

Do you think the local Sheriff or State police are gonna let all those guns or our new batch of hUMVEes or armored personell carrier get taken back if they dont “officially” use it?

... it became even clearer that LaVoy Finicum was murdered in cold blood

Nope, that's not clear at all. It is clear that Finicum repeatedly told the LEO's that they would have to shoot him.

...and that though he was killed by Oregon State Police, at least one FBI agent took two shots at him as he exited the vehicle with his hands raised.

Going by audio from the cellphone video it seems that the FBI bullet struck the roof of the truck as it approached the roadblock, not when Finicum got out.
