Going by audio from the cellphone video it seems that the FBI bullet struck the roof of the truck as it approached the roadblock, not when Finicum got out.
Yeah, They were trying to kill someone before the car even stopped.

Keep in mind, In Oregon, a road block with no clearly defined escape is considered lethal force.
The bottom line, Moonman, is that there shouldn’t have been ANY incursion in that state by the central socialist government’s BLM goons! Their very presence where not wanted is waving a red flag and shouting ‘Do what we say. We’re from the government!’
