Bundy Attorney: "We weren't given the full Truth at that FBI Press Conference after the Shooting”
Freedom Outpost ^ | 3/9/2016 | Tim Brown

Posted on 03/10/2016 5:16:33 AM PST by HomerBohn

Following the release of the synced video from the aerial footage provided by the Department of Justice and the phone video from Shauna Cox, it became even clearer that LaVoy Finicum was murdered in cold blood and that though he was killed by Oregon State Police, at least one FBI agent took two shots at him as he exited the vehicle with his hands raised. Now that the video has been released, Ammon Bundy's attorney has come out and exposed the lies of the FBI saying, "We weren't given the full truth at that initial FBI press conference after the shooting."

Indeed, America was not given the truth about the shooting. They were fed a lie about the shooting just like the media, the FBI, the BLM and even GOP politicians were feeding the lie about the protest.

In my previous report, you can easily see and hear what took place when LaVoy Finicum was gunned down. In that report, the FBI said that they were investigating one agent for firing two shots, but not reporting those shots. Yet, Greg Bretzing, special agent in charge of the FBI in Portland said, "The question of who fired these shots has not been resolved." How can that be? Are FBI agents not required to report when they fire their weapons? Are they not accountable for each and every round in their gun? We are told though that the FBI has it under control and they are investigating themselves, including four other agents at the scene. Sure, that's not a conflict of interest.

Bundy attorney Mike Arnold questions the same thing I have questioned and that is whether or not the FBI can actually be impartial when it comes to investigating their own in the shooting of LaVoy Finicum.

The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office uncovered the evidence that FBI agents fired on Finicum's truck and discovered that the FBI failed to report that information. They then reported that to the Office of the Inspector General.

At least one of those shots hit the truck.

"We weren't given the full truth at that initial FBI press conference after the shooting," Arnold said. "They selectively released information to the public. They gave us the aerial video. They made certain representations to the public, and they were incomplete and incorrect. And this is why transparency in government is so important."

Arnold was referencing this press conference.

(Watch video at link)

According to Mr. Arnold, the occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge was nothing more than a political protest, and that protest included being armed for self-defense, not for preemptive strikes. In other words, the men and women protesting were exercising their rights protected under the Second Amendment to protect their rights, which are to be protected under the First Amendment! Apparently, from the DC governments view and many other politicians, these two rights don't belong together, but that's not how our forefathers saw things when they dealt with English tyranny.

"So what we have is a bunch of folks protesting the government, then the government investigating the government protesters, and then the government accused of covering up the investigation of the government protesters, and then the government investigating their own coverup in the investigation of the government protesters," Arnold said.

That's exactly right, and this leads us back to the point that Ammon Bundy brought up to Megyn Kelly and that is the DC government becomes both plaintiff and prosecutor, which is a serious conflict of interest when they are the actual criminals in the matter.

This act by the government was murder, plain and simple. The faceless monolith will try to cook up a story that justifies murder, but it won't work!

It's bad enough that Americans have to worry about the central socialist government's importation of filthy Muslim killers, but we have to keep an eye on the government goons as well. AG Lynch has proven that her confirmation was another Republicrat error. She wants to go after those who believe Global Warming is a hoax. She considers the act of laying a slice of bacon across a mosque door handle a crime that the entire DOJ should be working to solve.

Yes it was murder, and they WILL get away with it. Police almost NEVER face any consequences for their criminal acts. About the only way these thugs will be brought to justice is if Timothy McVeigh rises from the grave and that isn't real likely.

Government always gives government a pass. Recall how the DOJ gave the FBI and BATF a pass for Waco. A Culture of Corruption begets yet more corruption. Moreover, such institutional attitudes tend to attract and retain some types of people while repelling others. People who are repelled by corruption tend to seek employment elsewhere. People who are not repelled are happy to be promoted by vacancies such resignations provide.

The fish rots from the head down. In the last generation we have had too many heads of the DOJ who put ideology ahead of the law. Janet Reno comes to mind. So does Eric Holder. The fish rots from the head down and this fish has a big stinkin’ head.

A couple of observations after watching the video several times.

Not sure what was going through LaVoy’s mind to jump from the vehicle and yell, just shoot me. Then what looks like LaVoy placing his right hand into or toward his jacket. I went back to try to identify shots fired while he was doing this to see if he was checking a wound from gunfire. No gunfire up to that point as he was walking in the snow.

Secondly, continually firing rounds into the vehicle placed that child's life in jeopardy. Did the officers know a child was in the vehicle? Not sure.

Bet’cha there will be officers/FBI held accountable for the excessive gunfire on the vehicle. The LaVoy shooting would be hard to convict seeing as he didn't just get out and lay down with his hands up.

What a bunch of horse manure. Mr. Finicum got what he bargained for, and he is dead due to his own actions and choices.

Watching the shooting video, it certainly appeared that
Mr. Finicum had his hands in the air & was walking away
from his vehicle when he was shot. - He had made a video
a few days earlier explaining his position in a calm &
detailed manner. He appeared sensible.

There was no child in the vehicle. Victoria Sharp was the youngest occupant and she was 18 at the time of the shooting. The other woman on the video SAID “tell them we have children in here” but that was more of her BS. She’s also the one that said that Finicum was “on his knees with his hands up” when he was “executed.” Sounds like something straight out of Ferguson, Missouri, especially when you see the videos and realize what complete BS it is.

There were a total of 8 lethal rounds fired. Three were fired at the vehicle as it approached the roadblock and it was apparent that it wouldn’t stop. Those hit nobody. Then, two shots were fired at the truck immediately after Finicum got out. They didn’t hit Finicum, but one did break the rear driver’s side window. Investigators say that it was shrapnel that hit the Bundy son that was in the back driver’s side seat, I would guess from this bullet hitting the metal doorframe of the truck.

Then there were 3 rounds fired at Finicum after he went for his gun twice.

All other rounds fired were non-lethal rounds like flashbangs and teargas rounds. Apparently, according to reports, there was one of these non-lethal rounds fired at the truck or in its general direction before or during the first traffic stop, but it’s not referenced in the video at all. There was no “continually firing rounds into the vehicle.”

Breaking: Lavoy Finicum WAS Tased - FBI Now Being Investigated

5 FBI agents under investigation for lying or conspiring to lie about the details of this shooting.

Tased and shot in the back 3 times.

This was an un-necessary murder of an American made justified by following the letter of the law and deemed so by the very government that created the monster that did it.

You’re not really watching the video, or if you are, you need to get your eyeglass prescription adjusted. He yelled 5 times some form of “Go ahead and shoot me” or “You’re gonna have to shoot me” and then he reached for his gun, TWICE. That’s when he was shot.

As I pointed out to you last night, this video you’re pointing to that says he was tased is a bunch of crap. The guy is misreading what the article he quotes says about the taser. That article doesn’t say the taser was used. It says the officer with the taser stepped through the snow toward Finicum, and that he was attempting to subdue Finicum with less than lethal force. However, at that moment, Finicum reached for his weapon and he was shot by other officers. He was never tased. The taser was not deployed at all, and that article doesn’t say that it was.

You must have watched a different video than I did. LaVoy was walking with his hands up, then placed his right hand down to his jacket twice as he was walking back in the general direction of his truck.

Good, bad or indifferent, LaVoy brought about his own death by not simply laying down and surrendering. These are cops with adrenaline pumping through their veins. One small move they perceive as threatening...you're done.

If our troops lit up a lady in downtown Kandahar, who was “reaching for her pocket” do you think that our troops would skate scottt free?

Don’t you believe that LEOs should have stricter rules of engagement than that of our military in war zones? Especially considering LEOs are dealing with American citizens?

If that were true, the streets would be littered with liberal activists and hundreds of them would now be either incarcerated or six feet under. The Oregon occupiers threatened no one, destroyed nothing as opposed to rioters, looters and arsonists that have been video taped over and over marauding in numerous cities in “protest.” They were even given permission and “room” to do so in one city. There’s no way you can justify that and then say “Mr. Finicum” (?) got what he deserved.

A LEO trying to subdue someone with less than lethal force = deploying a taser to try to disable the person. You can see that the operator thinks it was deployed because he is messing with the wires and trying to keep them untangled, then drops the taser and arms himself with his primary weapon.

You knowledge and understanding of in the field weapons and tactics is basic, at best.

You talk like you have read the article about these details and have lived them and they are facts chiseled in stone.

Your willful ignorance of the bigger picture is tellingly disturbing.

Your willful and ravenous appetite for what any and all LEOs feed you is repulsive to me.

You need to wake up, buttercup. Or as many before me have expressed, may your chains rest lightly.

I’m sorry, It is not okay for LEOs to murder people and fire numerous rounds into a vehicle full of INNOCENT people. Not to mention that it was a total setup and violation of all those people’s civil rights.

Anyone who would condone the actions of the officials in this case is either deaf and dumb or just dumb.

ps This situation reminds me of the video of the Nazi soldier executing Jews on the street, stacking them up 3 deep to save bullets. This is the same level of depravity and callous regard for human life.

Those LEOs involved in this tragedy should be tried, convicted, and EXECUTED just like they did to Lavoy Finnicum except he was deprived of his right to a trial and skipped right to the execution.
