Anticipating another appearance on a debate stage with Donald Trump, Fox News Channel's Megyn Kelly says their public feud hasn't affected her preparation and she doesn't expect a renewal of hostilities with the Republican presidential front runner.
Kelly, who is moderating Thursday's debate with colleagues Bret Baier and Chris Wallace, said Trump was more in her head before the GOP debate prior to the Iowa caucuses, which he ultimately boycotted.
"I think he's much more focused on securing the nomination now and not on me, and that's how it should be," Kelly said. Thursday's debate, the 11th among Republicans, will be held at Detroit's Fox Theater from 9 to 11 p.m. EST.
Kelly's questioning angered Trump during the first GOP debate last August, most prominently when he was confronted with some of his past comments about women. He responded harshly, and skipped Fox's Iowa debate when the network refused to remove Kelly as moderator. Ted Cruz beat Trump in Iowa.

Trump should skip it. There is really nothing that has not been said. Let the water boy and the evangelist duke it out.
First question.
Note the once important Kelly.......
It takes two to tango sweet jeans. Keep it civil and you will be treated civil. Slow down, take your time, you’ll get a more harmonious outcome.
The RNC wants Fox to mention KKK. Trump wants to win Black voters because he wants to widen the base.
The RNC doesn’t care, they only want to defeat Trump.
David Duke not known in New York, put out a video clearly saying he did not and will not endorse Trump.
Doesn’t matter to the dishonest press, nor does the 10 times Trump denounce the “non endorsement that never happened”
Fox never lets the Facts of the News get in the way of good Hatchet Job.
Me Gyn had to take 2 weeks off the last run in with Trump and her show lost lots of viewers.
I rarely watch Fox anymore, and home OANN gets on Cable and Satellite soon, we need to replace Murdoch the open borders, cheap labor Fox boss.
Not surprising.
Good grief..how many of these stupid “debates” do we need? Haven’t there been like 45 already? They’re talking talking about the same things again and again. To tell you the truth they’re not even talking. Its more like yelling and posing and repeating their lame talking points that we’ve already heard.
Trump hostility? Doesn’t she have that half-a** backwards?
Same hair...HAHA
Given all of the talent at Fox, why would management select the same three moderators for all FNC debates? Two of the three selected are downright unpleasant to watch and listen to, and I don’t watch or DVR any of their programs on a regular basis the way I do several others at Fox. Also, given all of the other talent at FNC, I would imagine that the anchors who were not selected are wondering why they could not be given an opportunity to participate. A rational manager would rotate the moderator assignment so as to give other (and better) Fox luminaries the exposure of a major media appearance, and also to give viewers more variety. The decision to recycle the same three moderators on all debate occasions must indicate something more than a business decision. This is yet another reason why I’m increasingly turning to Newsmax TV for conservative news and commentary.
Sorry I quit watching debates more than a decade ago. The manner in which they are run and the folks doing the ‘moderating’ leave me cold....
Is Fox going to issue a mocking press release about Trump in advance of the debate this time?
No, orifice..
Ill follow on FR. It Megyn is on, I have better things to do.
-——I predict KKK mentioned in first 10 minutes. Anyone take that bet?
I’ll see your bet and raise you some. I bet KKK is mentioned 10 times during the debate, at least 5 by Cruz and 5 by Rubio. They’ve all been given their talking points.
But, of course. Meggin’ lacked the good sense and professionalism to simply say nothing.
“Is she running for office?”
I think she’s laying the groundwork for becoming the highest paid hooker in Vegas.
That and his mob ties will be the first out of the box...
“I predict KKK mentioned in first 10 minutes. Anyone take that bet?”
Nope but Trump could use it to his advantage. Given a chance to set the record straight.
Prove it.
What is a Megan Kelly?
What is a cable news network?
Does anybody actually get their news from such things?
