A few errands on the agenda with me. Son's coming over to eat and visit today so that'll be fun.

I was able to pick-up a real nice treadmill on craigslist; need to get back to exercise.

I’ve been trying to walk on good days. And started a stretching program. My legs and hips have suffered from years of sitting behind a desk. Need to drop some weight and get into shape.
