You want the raccoons gone!
Bonner Daily Bee ^ | March 1, 2016 | Dawgshepard

I labeled this as an editorial although it is actually a response to a letter in the Bonner County Idaho paper.

I posted it because I think Mr. "Dawgshepard" sums things up fairly well.

Do you care if he’s only posing as a raccoon exterminator?

I echo the views of Pajamajan in #36.

Bob Tanem's recipe, as I recall, consists of Capt. Crunch cereal, peanut butter and cayenne pepper. I don't know if it will work on the establishment; but it's supposed to work for raccoons.

Nice stupid analogy.

Cruz has a nice big tank of poison and answered the phone call, so naturally it makes sense to bash him on the head with a shovel and then say Trump is the only hope.

I think Trump is more likely to feed the raccoons or get eaten by them.

Damn. A big boar coon doesn’t fall too short of a badger. My wife had a terrier mix that thought she was about ten times her size. She got in over her head with coons twice. Luckily our other dog a 140lb Newfie mix came to the rescue. One big crunch and no more coon.

RE:”I think Trump is more likely to feed the raccoons or get eaten by them”

Most of his essay in #1 nails it.
The part we disagree on is the assumed happy ending.

Obviously that is the fantasy of those who are nuts for him.

That drunk smelly guy probably chased the raccoon out of the basement into the rest of the house, the sinks, the beds, bathtubs,...making the house unlivable.

Then he demands to be paid up front to continue working on the problem. He did get them out of the basement after all.

Con men like Trump tend to lead to Twilight Zone endings, where everything the characters wish for ends up worse than the original situation.

A good number of years ago I killed a raccoon that had gotten into my garage. I buried it in my back yard (about 3’ deep). Within a a day or two there were other raccoons trying to dig it up.

Long story, but I speared the raccoon after trapping him behind a small shelf in between wall joists in the garage. It was a fairly young coon that my son (5 years old at the time) mistook for a cat and actually pet the thing.

We had a pregnant coon in our basement a few weeks prior. That was not fun at all...
