He further declared the NYT piece categorically nothing but a bold-faced lie about me. And said the pieces author should have reached out to him first.
Later, Hannity said, Im getting pissed off at Marco Rubio too.
Marco, youre being inauthentic. Youre not Donald Trump. Stop trying to act like Donald Trump. And stop trying to be something that youre not. For nine debates, Marco Rubio, I thought presented himself well, and presented his ideas the way he is. And now whats bugging me about this whole thing is clearly all these establishment guys have sat Marco down and said, Marco, youve got to be somebody who youre not, and youve got to go after Donald Trump in a way you never have before.'

Yep. The whole Reagan conservative, Tea Party candidate routine he used when he ran for the Senate was purely an act. Rubio has no principles.
It’s possible to be too rigid:
But bold-faced goes back to Shakespeare in the sense of a shameless or impudent appearance, so its reasonable that a boldfaced lie is one told with a shamelessly bold face. At times its regarded as an error, though its to be found almost as early as barefaced lie:
The sneer, the sarcasm, the one-sided statement, the perplexing reference, the qualified concession, the bold-faced lie, all these we could well illustrate by samples of the current crop.

Thanks for that. I love reading about the history and evolution of our language.
You’re welcome. As much English literature as I’ve read, I admit I wasn’t familiar with the bare-faced lie version.
So True. I can’t look at Rubio anymore without thinking he’s sweaty. Just the mention of his name conjures up puddles of water.
Cruz shook Donnie’s hand in front of everyone at the opening of the debate. Does that mean there is a three way collusion going on?
Cruz has been courting Rubio’s supporters while telling them that Rubio can’t win since the end of the debate.
The NYT thing has some credence when you actually pay attention to Trump. Remember how he answered Cruz’ questions during the debate? He either didn’t know he’d said those things or he has a mental health issue. Honestly, do you know that he didn’t say those things to the NYT? He’ll say anything to anyone at any time to get an advantage.
True.
Rubio has no principles.
Cruz has mostly conservative principles.
Trump has Trump principles (which no one knows what they are, not even the Donald).
Cruz didn't lie, but that doesn't matter - Trump said he did. Cruz isn't nasty, but that doesn't matter - Trump said he is.
Trump would have been made more money investing his daddies money - but he's an amazing business man. The guy has self promotion down to an art form. My conscience would never allow me to be so self aggrandizing but it is site to behold.
I remember the cat, who was a mascot of a nursing home would go to the bed of someone who was dying and lay with them on their bed until they passed. Sound like the description you are giving Trump. LOL
Listened to a little bit of Rush today and he was shooting down the Trump / KKK thing. Did I miss something?
After tonight, Ted Cruz will regret hooking up with Marco in ANY way.
Schumer looks like the Dark Lord smiling just after he’s convinced the young Jedi Marco to succumb to his dark side.
Great interview
Good analysis of Trump
Has Trump winning general election by a landslide and gives a list of reasons why !
You are right about that. I never knew there were so many ‘classes’ of conservatives until Trump came along. I am certainly detecting the elitist ‘holier and better than thou’ class coming out of the Cruz camp. Not sure what class Rubio followers that live in the real world are since there doesn’t seem to be that many of them. He sure has the GOPe leaders on his side though.
I have never been a fan of Rubio. He is a typical used car salesman but his latest effort to dethrone Trump only confirmed my feelings, he IS a sleaze ball.
As for Cruz, early on I thought of him as “presidential” Following Rubio’s lead, Cruz lowered my expectations considerably as he too has hit a low. Both of them will now have time, assuming Trump takes Super Tuesday’s prizes, to go home and consider their obvious stupidity of their latest attacks on Trump. All they did was bring themselves down in stead of bring down Trump.
In thinking about the Trump cabinet last night I started to think Hannity would make a great press secretary. He stays on point to a fault, could be very good on talking points, and while he isn’t a great debater, would not have to be.

Exactly what I have been praying for in a candidate for years.
You can’t have Falstaff and have him thin.
The days where a genial Reagan can evoke that warm happy glow are gone. Because of the limited reach of the leftist media then-—I.e., without satellite, Facebook. Instagram, etc, combined with the requirements of “wholesome programming” that actually limited Drive-by propaganda to a half hour a night-—RR actually had a much easier time going straight to the public. His humor and warmth came through.
Not possible now: the sarcasm, ridicule, 24-7 news demands leaders who understand and master this media, and Trump is the best I have ever see. Rr couldn’t get elected today any more than Lincoln could have been elected even in the radio age, let alone the TV age.
Really they have pictures do admit it .
Protect Rubio
Not buying you started off by lying to us.
Hannity is PO’ed? Foam boy is toast!!!
