Are you freakin’ kidding me? Chuck Todd says Hillary being charged with an email misdemeanor would have “no impact.”

Evens out, Chuck isn’t much of a lawyer and Benghazi isn’t much on the Constitution.

There should be no indictment of Hillary.
Until Trump is president.
Otherwise Obozo will pardon the witch.

I thought part of the penalty for violation of the statue involved was being barred from holding Federal office for the rest of his/her life.

Chuck Todd would lay on the floor and let Benghazi Clinton pee on him if it would help her campaign.

Misdemeanor?
I never thought of intentionally sending Top Secret information in an unclassified email as a misdemeanor. I always thought of it as a career-ending felony that could get me 10 years of fresh air and exercise doing hard labor in Leavenworth.
What Hillary did is more severe than what Jonathan Pollard did, where only Israel got our information, and Pollard spent 30 years in prison for his crimes.

Misdemeanor!!! Anyone else having done what she did would now be being held without bail pending trial on multiple felony charges and possibly treason. She should be looking at spending the rest of her natural life in prison, or dangling from a rope. Americans undoubtedly died due to her dereliction, and not just the four at Benghazi.

On MSNBC’s coverage of the South Carolina primary this evening, Chuck Todd actually said that if Hillary Clinton is charged with a misdemeanor concerning her emails, it will have “no impact” on her presidential prospects

Hillary Clinton needs to be charged with high treason, and hanged. that’s right I said it, hanged by the neck until dead. This is the traitors fate

What the hell kind of “misdemeanor”! It’s a flagrant felony and there are over 1200 of them! Moreover it’s a black and white violation of the NDA she herself signed upon assuming SOS office. I’m not seeing the wiggle room here. If the DOJ indicts her, a first year law student should change careers if he/she couldn’t obtain multiple convictions.

Hillary Clinton, beyond a reasonable doubt, committed espionage.
This country has hung Americans for committing espionage.
And quite frankly, this Chuck Todd has crossed the line from “supporter” to “accomplice”.
It is WAY beyond time that we started imprisoning these media accomplices.

I see this unfolding differently. Hillary will admit it was a mistake to set up the server and she is sorry. Has she not done this already? Then she will say the presence of classified material on the server is indeed troubling, but that she was the recipient, not the sender. Thus she is guilty of bad judgment, or more likely, relying on bad advice.
What it will really take is to go after the senders of the email and give them the full Petraeus treatment. Only then will they roll on cankles.
