"Distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, fellow Americans: Vice-President Elizabeth Warren will be delivering the Inaugural Address here today, because President Hillary Clinton has been, uh, unavoidably detained . . ."
On MSNBC's coverage of the South Carolina primary this evening, Chuck Todd actually said that if Hillary Clinton is charged with a misdemeanor concerning her emails, it will have "no impact" on her presidential prospects.

Pounds like a trial balloon...
The first one should not be allowed any plea bargain. Put 'em away for life without parole. The others will get the message and talk.
Sounds like a trial balloon....
Misdemeanor? Its a freaking major felony.
How in the world can she ever be trusted with our national security secrets ever again ? Who would want to work in the spy agencies for her ?
Come on, it was Bill Clinton. A ham sandwich could have got the job done.
Let’s not forget Influence Peddling
I read somewhere if you have a felony conviction, you can’t run for or be President. Is that true?
Tonight primary victory is a game changer! Nothing will bring this *itch down! Have your Prozac and Mylanta handy because it’s going to be a damn ugly bumpy ride! If you thought Obama presidential campaign was sickening to behold well hold onto your bootstraps because this is going to be vomitous!!!
Only if lefties do it and only if they’re caught red-handed.
Ask Chuck if Trump rolls out copies of her Goldman Sachs speech transcripts during the GE and they are as ass kissing as they seem to be since she won’t release them, how will those millions of Bernie Democrats feel when the DNC is asking them to defend her and her Wall Street fatcats ?
Will that be some small thing?
What she has done is not a misdemeanor, it is more than 1000 felonies.
Trying to figure out what will happen. Will Comey just spin his wheels until after the election? Will Lynch nix an indictment and then he resigns (a 48-hour news story which is quickly forgotten)? Or does Lynch nix an indictment and Obama fires Comey ostensibly for some other reason, and the media treats him like they treated Ken Starr? Or does Lynch nix an indictment, Comey writes a scathing op-ed column which appears in a Saturday edition of The New York Times, stays on the job, and then everything proceeds as planned towards Hillary's coronation?
F chuck todd
She treated classified information with the same regard her husband treated the women he raped.
Top Secret information is that which if improperly released or comprised, would cause exceptionally grave damage to national security. But hey... who knows how that can be spun for Hillary in today’s bizarro world?
