Clinton insists she is 'not worried at all' about her email scandal as she faces being subpoenaed for her entire secret email account

Hillary Clinton still isn't sweating over her email scandal, even after a federal judge warned today that the Democratic hopeful's entire email server could be subpoenaed.

'I know there are are challengers about what the State Department did or did not do - that will all be worked out,' she said tonight at a CNN town hall. 'It's just not something that is going to have a lasting effect. And I am not at all worried about it.'

Earlier today, U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that U.S. State Department officials and aides to Clinton should be questioned under oath about whether the former secretary of state's use of a private email system was an effort to skirt open records laws.

'How on earth can the court conclude there is not at minimum a reasonable suspicion of bad faith,' Sullivan said.

We have all seen this before, many times. It’s another lie to cover up the fact they are privately peeing their pants.

Bill had a nuance about his lying that made it more difficult to see through. Cornered, he finally broke.

Hillary, in contrast, thinks she’s that good which will be her downfall. I just don’t see her ever coming to grips with her crimes. Even cornered, like you observed, she will be hauled off repeating her lies and never accept responsibility for her behavior. Hillary is convinced her actions are justified.

Why would she be worried? The GOP gonna get her? The Obama Justice Department? The press? No, no, and no.

Whether or not she is the next POTUS, she doesn’t have to worry. If need be, Obama can pardon her. In return some of the $6 billion that the State Department mysteriously lost will end up in whatever foundation Obama creates.

She may say she's not worried, and when testifying may wriggle lie and obfuscate. But this isn't Whitewater, and times have changed especially with the Internet. She is worried all right. So is Bubba.

"The Whitewater controversy (also known as the Whitewater scandal, or simply Whitewater) began with investigations into the real estate investments of Bill and Hillary Clinton and their associates, Jim and Susan McDougal, in the Whitewater Development Corporation, a failed business venture in the 1970s and 1980s."

Whitewater Convictions

Jim Guy Tucker: Governor of Arkansas at the time, removed from office (fraud, 3 counts)

John Haley: attorney for Jim Guy Tucker (tax evasion)

William J. Marks, Sr.: Jim Guy Tucker's business partner (conspiracy)

Stephen Smith: former Governor Clinton aide (conspiracy to misapply funds). Bill Clinton pardoned.

Webster Hubbell: Clinton political supporter; Rose Law Firm partner (embezzlement, fraud)

Jim McDougal: banker, Clinton political supporter: (18 felonies, varied)

Susan McDougal: Clinton political supporter (multiple fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

David Hale: banker, self-proclaimed Clinton political supporter: (conspiracy, fraud)

Neal Ainley: Perry County Bank president (embezzled bank funds for Clinton campaign)

Chris Wade: Whitewater real estate broker (multiple loan fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

Larry Kuca: Madison real estate agent (multiple loan fraud)

Robert W. Palmer: Madison appraiser (conspiracy). Bill Clinton pardoned.

John Latham: Madison Bank CEO (bank fraud)

Eugene Fitzhugh: Whitewater defendant (multiple bribery)

Charles Matthews: Whitewater defendant (bribery)

Ultimately the Clintons were never charged, but 15 other persons were convicted of more than 40 crimes, including Bill Clinton's successor as Governor, who was removed from office.[40]

Random thoughts:

1. “And I am not at all worried about it.” Liar. Always a liar.

2. The displays of ill health (coughing for example) reak of a Plan B to get out of this mess

3. As a minimum, her poll numbers have dropped like a rock. Six months ago, she was beating every republican...now she loses to each of the top three. And she’s not worried?

Clinton’s criminality is going to crowd everything else off the front page.

I so want to live in your world.

I like that Trump keeps mentioning it. The lib media act like she is a normal candidate for President.

wikipedia:

His [Guccifer's] hacking tools consisted of a desktop computer, a cellphone, an internet connection and lots of patience and persistence. He used the simple technique of finding personal information about his victims online and then using this to guess the correct answers to security questions. At the time of his arrest, Guccifer was an unemployed taxi driver.

=> If this is all it took to hack the Clinton server, I HAVE to believe that every country on Earth that has electricity knows what was on Clinton's server.

The FBI already has some aids dead to rights. That will complicate things for Lynch. There’s too many lately that have been imprisoned for less.
