Clinton insists she is 'not worried at all' about her email scandal as she faces being subpoenaed for her entire secret email account
Hillary Clinton still isn't sweating over her email scandal, even after a federal judge warned today that the Democratic hopeful's entire email server could be subpoenaed.
'I know there are are challengers about what the State Department did or did not do - that will all be worked out,' she said tonight at a CNN town hall. 'It's just not something that is going to have a lasting effect. And I am not at all worried about it.'
Earlier today, U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that U.S. State Department officials and aides to Clinton should be questioned under oath about whether the former secretary of state's use of a private email system was an effort to skirt open records laws.
'How on earth can the court conclude there is not at minimum a reasonable suspicion of bad faith,' Sullivan said.

I’m amazed at how many people aren’t following this closely. If they want her server they’ll have to subpoena the FBI. They seized it sometime last year. They knew about it due to the interview with Guccifer, the hacker, that’s sitting in a Romanian prison who’s due to be extradited here soon.
That’s why the FBI has a two pronged investigation in progress and, depending on which account you read, either 100 or 150 agents determining the original classification of the emails and following the money in the pay-to-play scheme.
So subpoena her ample ass already. Let’s get the ball rolling.
She’ll be protected until January 20, 2017. Only one candidate so far has said he’d prosecute her if elected.
She may say she’s not worried, and when testifying may wriggle lie and obfuscate. But this isn’t Whitewater, and times have changed especially with the Internet. She is worried all right. So is Bubba.
FBI will recommend indictment; Loretta Lynch will ignore it.
She knows EVERYTHING about Obama.....he will NOT indict her.
Relax.
They need to get their ducks lined up prior to getting her to talk.
Without ALL the info you would not ask the right questions.
Also it is Always best to know the answers before asking her questions.
Get her minions to talk under oath then if they lie they go to prison. They’ll squeal like Ned Beaty in Deliverance.
FBI will recommend indictment; Loretta Lynch will ignore it.
Now... if Trump becomes president...
You, seriously, I have been thinking lately that Trump must have special personal-security concerns.
Why would she be worried?
She WILL be the next POTUS.
They don't call it "Arkancide" for nothing.
Surely the FBI can put enough pressure on some of her minions to testify against her.
Of course she won’t. It doesn’t matter. The scandal is going to blow up in Obama’s face. The FBI via leaks is already trying Clinton in the court of public opinion.
Obama might as well take the rest of his term off and play golf. The upcoming outrage is going to suck the oxygen out of everything. He can forget nominating a candidate for SCOTUS. And he can forget any other pet goals that requires the cooperation of Congress.
Clinton’s criminality is going to crowd everything else off the front page.
I think the outrage is already there. Particularly for the do-nothing RINOs in our Congress who have bungled her being held accountable for all this from the beginning. Right now, they are more concerned about uniting against Trump by making Rubio the heir apparent to the throne Jeb Bush was to have.
I wouldn’t be surprised if she died in a tragic accident.
(:
Of course she’s not worried. She has a Democratically-run Justice Department that will never press charges, and if by chance they do, she has Obummer to give her a Presidential Pardon.
No, I really don’t believe it. If anything, she’d somehow be on the giving end of that instead of the receiving end.
