No Ids being checked in Nevada. People voting twice.

The Nevada caucus is currently underway as voters pull for their GOP candidate of choice, but it appears things are looking a little sketchy.

Almost Democrat levels of sketch.

Trump apparently crashed Glenn Beck stumping for Cruz. Politics, Wild West style.

Best election Evah!

No, no, no! You misunderstand. It's another one of Cruz's dirty tricks to get people to vote for Trump multiple times. Because, we just KNOW that Cruz is the only sleazy character in the race! All the rest, ESPECIALLY, "The Donald," are perfect, little angels.

“poll workers wearing Trump gear”

There are no “poll workers’ at caucuses. These are informal events where you and your neighbors get together and try to convince each other whom you and they should vote for. voting is then conducted on little paper slips passed around the tables and then collected and counted.

The guy in the pic isn’t collecting votes; he’s registering people who want to attend the caucus. Everyone involved are volunteers and wearing candidate gear is expected because the purpose of these meetings is to promote your candidate.

It works exactly like this in Colorado.

All of these claims of impropriety are complete BS FUD being spread by those expecting to lose in an attempt to prey on peoples ignorance as to what a caucus is and how they function.

Well, except it looks like it may be the Trumpies that are the ones cheating.

I don’t know how many times or ways I can say this. My precinct since 1994 has required a government issued picture ID to sign me into the precinct log to vote in every election, primaries, general, and now caucuses.

Perfectly legal to campaign, not vote over and over again. Why should we be surprised that Trump supporters who cheer the use of Democrat talking points also resort to Democrat tactics like voter fraud?

I heard about that. LoL

Poor Glen gets no respect.

When he was a kid his mom sent him to the corner store for shoe laces.

He came home and they’d moved to New Mexico.

(okay I stretched the truth a little, so whaaaat...)

LoL

“I have a feeling those complaining are Rubio and Cruz supporters.”

Well, duh! The Trumpies aren’t going to be complaining. They’re too busy voting multiple times!

Yep. Looking around online, and all the FReepers who have checked in after voting, it looks like things are going smoothly, and this is pre-emptive sour grapes being propelled by the loser squads of social media who don’t know how voting works and/or just looking for clickbait sensationalism.

Yeah..whose brilliant idea was it to do caucus? Those days are gone long time ago when people knew each other in towns.

Here in Indiana after standing in line, you show picture ID, then they locate you in the voter’s registry, along with your address, then you sign next to your name. Then you vote once.
I’m not sure I believe that Nevada doesn’t do something similar, that it’s a free-for-all.

I heard on the news that in 2012 it was so poorly run that it took them 3 days to get the count in. They have only been doing this sort of dumb voting method since 2008.

I'm in Gardnerville, Minden. We had Rubio here yesterday and Cruz today, I think.

Every morning, I get to look at the backside of Tahoe. Every morning, I think God for those gorgeous Sierra Nevada Mountains!
