It just occurred to me that during Obama's upcoming kiss-butt trip to Cuba that he may announce the release of the terrorists he hasn't already released.
More importantly, there would be no better time to announce that he's giving Guantanamo Bay back to Cuba.
Does this require Congress to approve?
Just like Jimmy and the Panama Canal!!
The general of the Marine Corps should order the Marines to hold it, at all costs. He should then go into hiding so Obama can not releave his command, and hope that Trump wins, so he can be promoted to head of the Joint Chiefs.
If he raffled it off, he might be able to pay the debt down a smidgin...
