The 40 wealthiest universities in the USA control something like $415 BILLION in endowments. All tax free.

Schools like Harvard, Yale, Princeton and Stanford have anywhere from $1.5-$2.0 million in endowments PER student. They have become giant hedge funds with colleges attached to them.

I want to hear Bernie say - I am going to TAX endowments of these universities to pay for my “free” college plans.

Let the lefties and elitists at these schools then respond

I worked hard to graduate from college in four years. My Uncle told me if I graduated from college in four years, I'd enter the Army as a 2nd LT, otherwise I would enter the Army as a Spec 4.

No disrespect to enlisted personnel, but the pay differential was huge back then, too.
