On Fox, Karl Rove ACTUALLY JUST SAID, "If I were Donald Trump, I'd be worried."
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
Not in the memory of man; so do I.
That said, this time he is correct. Trump is still only getting 32.5%. As people drop out, those votes ought to divide up at least a third to Trump--they don't.
South Carolina was in fact a difficult constituency for Trump under circumstances where the key political leaders were all lined up against him; there is a significant block of votes that will favor the party line establishment; there is another significant block of evangelical vote of which Trump isn't naturally going to get a lot; most of those factors line up in favor of Rubio. So maybe you can't really draw much of a message other than that Trump's core support is solid.
Do you remember when Fox News used to hail itself as a “Spin-free Zone”?
Karl is giving Dick Morris competition.
Trump will get more than 10% of the Democrat cross over vote. Why do you think the Democrat turnout was so low tonight? There are Democrats who will not vote for Hillary under any condition. Look at the Black and Hispanic voters already leaning toward Trump. He is speaking for a lot of Americans who haven’t had a voice in a very long time.I’d be mighty careful about counting your chickens before they’re hatched.
Yeah. The good 'ol boys came in to plug Rubio because they think he's the only one that can win. It worked.
Most people don't pay that much attention to politics. If a friend or someone admired says "Vote for this guy" - they do! And they did!
based on SC exit polling, you’re correct.
Rubio is the second choice of 37% and Trump comes in at 19%. With that pre-condition Rubio beats Trump 52.5% to 47.5% in a head to head.
Given that type of scenario, I’d still bet on Trump to overcome that small margin.
A la scalia
Sure do, and I believe at first that was true compared to the other nets. No more, now they’re just part of the pack.
That is how I am reading it also. To me this sounds like a THREAT! With the establishment in both parties, they can be very ruthless.
Carson will go to the end. He will never give votes to cruz.
...............................................
I agree with you.
I thought when Obama said “Trump will never be the president”, that sounded to me like a Chicago threat.
I’m in Chicago, and I know what a Chicago threat sounds like, just the way he said it.
Rove probably knows the game. Trump may have an “accident” if the establishment has their way.
Agree 100%.
There are 3 classes of citizenship; natural born, native born, and naturalized. All are exactly the same as far as rights are concerned, except only natural born may become president. Rubio is native born, not natural born; he was born on American soil to Cuban citizens.
You had better stop showing your ignorance. Rubio is the child of two immigrants, neither of which were citizens at the time of his birth. IF YOU WISH TO TRASH THE CONSTITUTION, you will vote for Cruz or Rubio. If you support the Constitution and believe it is the law of the land, you WILL NOT VOTE FOR FRAUDS trying to profit by the errors committed with Obama. Two wrongs do NOT make a right.
The question here then is, did those voters who voted for other candidates than Trump, do so because they preferred the other candidate or did they do so because they hated Trump? If the latter, as the field is winnowed, a significant percentage may very well gravitate toward Trump.
perhaps reflections off his head like a chrystal ball?
Bernieâs a commie, Hillaryâs a pre-indicted commie, & you say Trump can only lose...
If there were photos of Karl and women’s feet, he’d be joining Dick Morris in the land of the irrelevant former political operatives.
And that’s one of the reasons I don’t watch FoxNews anymore.
