Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump has fallen behind Ted Cruz in the national GOP horserace, according to a brand-new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.
In the poll, Cruz is the first choice of 28 percent of Republican primary voters, while Trump gets 26 percent. They're followed by Marco Rubio at 17 percent, John Kasich at 11 percent, Ben Carson at 10 percent and Jeb Bush at 4 percent.
That scares me the most, because while I'd be happy with a Trump OR Cruz nominee, an open convention means NEITHER--say hello to Candidate Marco JEB Kaisch and later President Hillary Sanders...
Surprise! Mark Murray’s wife worked in the Obama administration.

That’s true. Guess we shouldn’t question Trumps beliefs, just swallow all he says regardless of what he has said before! Guess you guys love Planned Parenthood now, since the Chief said he liked it!
“As time passes, does conservatism or populism last?”
I pray for good leaders. Read my tagline. :)
I agree with you!
[ I heard heâs a nasty liar that nobody likes. ]
I hear he eats kittens and lies everyday 6-8 hours a day after the sun goes down.
The WSJ is big time for illegal aliens and the GOPe in their slanted stories and opinions. To them Trump is the enemy that needs to be trashed.
The WSJ likes cheap labor whose health and other benefits are paid for by the middle class taxpayer. The WSJ plan to have the middle class provide subsidised cheap labor for the corporate establishment is something Trump would have a great time in thwarting.

too many damned idiots ate up the Raw Meat he threw to them early on and now suffer from “Full Belly, Empty Mind syndrome”.
I liked the raw meat he threw out, I loved it mainly because it was delicious but mostly because it caused the MSM to go into fits.
But lately he has said some very “trepidation inducing” things.
NO ONE likes Ted Cruz. I heard it broadcast from Trump Towers.
The beauty of all this is, Ted Cruz was behind by a massive 13 points in the last WSJ/NBC poll. That’s a swing of a pretty impressive 15%, and its the first time anyone has been ahead of Trump in a major national poll for months.
Also it’s the first time anyone has actually gone ahead of Trump in a national poll after going toe to toe with him in a nasty bare knuckles fight. GO CRUZ!
Of course then there's amnesty, TPA where he wrote an article asking to give Obama more power, etc.
Chuckle!
Didn’t hear any screams from you when the same WSJ had Trump ahead by 13 points in their last poll. Trumpets kept posting that poll on FR over and over again.

are any of the super tuesday states open primary? i suspect this is our BIGGEST problem as a party and has been for years; allows dems to pick our candidates every time.
Let’s see the results of the SC primary this Saturday and see how many adults support him.
Hmmm. The thing that was supposed to bring Trump down was his comments about George Bush.
If that is why his support declined, why is Jeb! still at 4%.
NBC/Marist drastically changed their methodology by halving their sample compared to their last poll in January NBC/WSJ/Marist 1/17 - 1/23 718 LV

I hope these two bury the hatchet.
Primaries are tough.

skimpy on the details, m/f ratio off and there’s a Moe of 9%. Cooked. Believe it.
That’s too funny - thanks.
I would like to congratulate the Cruz supporters for this certain victory in South Carolina in three days.
