On Wednesday, Karl Rove, not a Trump fan by any means, explained how the cheating could have cost Donald Trump the election in Iowa.
Wow!
This is a stunning indictment of the Cruz Campaign's cheating scandal.

Rove’s endorsement pushes me toward Cruz.
NY Times keeping up their page 1 lede headlines about Cruz winning and Trump losing. For those who catch it on the run reading the headline on someone else’s paper or making everyone wait behind them while they look at the front page without buying the paper. Or just never took ninth-grade journalism and are easily persuaded by long-tarnished reputations for good reporting.
How is it taking out Trump?
I think we’ll be surprised some day to discover how many big names lurk at free republic. Wish they’d donate to the freepathon. Lol.
I’d almost bet money that Sarah Palin drops in. That is one insightful lady. May the Lord bless her and keep her.
The critical point is that it went to all 6 precinct captains. Earlier would actually give them MORE time to identify and influence Carson voters. Just 4 average per precinct would have taken Cruz out of first place.
Rove, you magnificent bastard!

Don’t know how that got in there
1. Supposedly the initial Cruz campaign tweet came out at 7 pm. They claimed that CNN was saying that Carson was taking a break and would have a big announcement later in the week. This was untrue. CNN did not say Carson was taking a break, nor did they say there would be a big announcement.
Yes they did. He’s the video of them saying it.
Here is what the video said
RE: Cruzââ¬â¢s people took that speculation and passed it along as fact. Thatââ¬â¢s lying.
From your YOUTUBE VIDEO:
During CNNâs wall-to-wall coverage of the Iowa caucuses, Dana Bash shared breaking news from reporter Chris Moody that Carson would return home to Florida after the contest.
âBen Carson is going to go back to Florida, to his home, regardless of how he does tonight here in Iowa. Heâs going to go there for several days, and then afterwards, heââ¬â¢s not going to go to South Carolina, heâs not going to go to New Hampshire, heâs going to come to Washington D.C., and heâs going to do that because the National Prayer Breakfast is on Thursday,â she said.
NNâs Jake Tapper called the announcement from Carson âvery unusualâ and noted âalmost every single candidateâ would travel directly to New Hampshire after the caucuses.
âIf you want to be President of the United States, you donât go home to Florida,â Bash responded.
On Twitter, @TheLeadCNN told its 32,000 followers that Carson âwill return to FL following #IAcaucus, will not go to either NH or SC.â The account for CNNâs politics section tweeted to 420,000 followers that the retired neurosurgeon âplans to take a break from campaigning.â
7:50 p.m.: Carson camp clarifies he just has to go home for âfresh clothesâ
Shortly before 8 p.m., a Carson spokesman tweeted the candidate was ânot standing downâ and was simply returning to Florida to âget fresh clothesâ and dodge a winter storm in Iowa. The spokesman told TPM Carson would be in D.C. Wednesday and Thursday for a âcampaign event,â and then would continue on to New Hampshire.
The campaign also disputed rumors that Carsonâs trip to Florida was a mid-campaign vacation, which many read as a sign he would drop out.
Just as the Iowa caucuses were beginning, some users of the Cruz campaignâs official mobile app received a notification saying Carson was dropping out of the presidential race. The notification cited a report from CNN.
The alert said Carson âwill stop campaigning after Iowaâ and urged users to tell people at the caucuses âthey should coalesce around the true conservative who will be in the race for the long haul: TED CRUZ!â
It also included a photo of a TV tuned to CNN, showing the networkâs ever-present âBREAKING NEWSâ banner paired with the headline âCampaign: Carson To Take A Break After Iowa.â
QUESTION: Was this an intent to LIE? Or was this simply repeating in a somewhat different wording, what CNN Originally reported?
This is what the Cruz campaign wrote: âCNN is reporting that Ben Carson will stop campaigning after Iowa....â
How different is the above from this original CNN tweet:
âBen Carson is going to go back to Florida, to his home, regardless of how he does tonight here in Iowa. Heâs going to go there for several days, and then afterwards, heâs not going to go to South Carolina, heâs not going to go to New Hampshire....â?
The wording is different but the idea is the same.
CNN was the source of this and the Cruz campaign simply repeated what CNN said.
No, it shows your ignorance of subtlety. Perhaps you missed my tagline.
If you hadn’t noticed, the media gave the win to Rubio.
You’re doing a stand up job being a pain in the ass. Congrats.
So basically, Carson had four Evangelical voters in each Iowa precinct (give or take) — and they all switched their votes to Cruz — and this just happened to add up to the same number that separated Cruz and Trump?
Do we have some evidence showing there were four Carson voters per precinct who switched to Cruz?
Why would it be assumed that any or all switched votes went to Cruz.... and not to Huckabee, or Rubio, or Santorum? Or to Trump? Or to any other candidate?
Maybe there should be a start by finding ONE Carson supporter who switched to Cruz because they heard of a tweet.
Want to know why so many here are put out by Cruz's tactics? Because they are seeing something that many have not seen before; a member of the GOP who plays to win. A member of the GOP who can and will play rough.
Not used to that are we?
Ted Cruz is EXACTLY the kind of conservative I want in the White House. Someone who is not afraid fight and to bayonet the wounded.
If he will do stuff like this to win against his own people, what do you think he will be willing to do to Hillery and then to Harry Reid?
To quote Treebeard from LOTR,”I am on nobody’s side, because nobody is on my side...”
So Trump, a guy known for maneuvering through New York unions to get stuff built got out maneuvered by a hick from Texas?
Then why is trump whining so much?
Politics is taking advantage of the terrain and using it to your best ability.
Don't think for one minute that Trump would not have done the same thing. He has used tactics just as "sleazy" in his business dealings. It is naive to think otherwise.
Canuck Ted = Amnesty = Destroy America with legalizing 40+ MILLION ILLEGAL INVADERS
Rubes = Amnesty = Destroy America with legalizing 40+ MILLION ILLEGAL INVADERS
Trump = DEPORT ILLEGAL INVADERS
Anyone with an IQ above plant life will grasp that reality
