California Rep. Darrell Issa says the FBI has a "slam dunk" case against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and senior aide Huma Abedin that it's itching to prosecute.
The former House Oversight chairman's statement on Friday comes just days after former Republican House Majority Leader Tom DeLay said his contacts in the agency will "blow the whistle and go public" if Attorney General Loretta Lynch does not prosecute.

Hillary Clinton took top secret intelligence and put it on her insecure personal server. It appears that she did this to sell the information to foreign interests and the money was laundered through phony contributions to the Clinton foundation.
Is that the same Clinton Foundation that Donald Trump donated $100,000 to?

You have to wonder how the Clintons left the white house “dead broke” and made hundreds of millions of dollars in the next 4 years.

I think what bothers the FBI the most is that if we were talking of a regular guy working at the Pentagon, CIA, or Homeland Security selling info like this...they’d arrest the guy and feel pretty sure about a minimum of ten years in prison. The FBI looks at this...the lack of behavior from the Attorney General, and how no one wants to take on the Clintons...it’s all a joke.
The sad thing here is that if she’d done all of this private server business and never asked for the classified, and no classified existed on the server....then this would be a non-incident and of no real value. She screwed up big-time. She will have to depend on President Obama or President Trump to hand out a pardon to avoid jail.
Can you imagine this drifting out past October and Trump stands there in a debate, and he says....”yeah, I’ll be giving you a pardon when you dismantle the Clinton Foundation and put it to rest.”
And it will go nowhere, she is simply above the law.
I don’t think a Trump administration is going to be a walk-over for Leftist criminals. Those days are done.
Perhaps Hillary would rather deal with this Justice Department.

Her treatment of US national security documents and protocols is so cavalier you have to think she regards herself as someone to whom the rules do not apply.
Her behavior with respect to the racketeering enterprise which goes by the name of The Clinton Global Initiative clearly indicates that she believes that she is beyond the reach of RICO as well. Counselor Clinton and her (disbarred) lawyer husband have raked in millions while cleverly avoiding the appearance of anything that can be regarded as a smoking quid pro quo.
So far, they have never been touched, beginning many years ago with what was an audacious bribe of $100,000 laundered through the cattle futures' markets. That stunt was quite obvious, yet somehow she was let off the hook with the lame justification that she "read The Wall Street Journal."
So, based on past experience she has every reason to believe she'll skate again.

Trump is a dealer. Trump WILL NOT jail Hillary. Christy (who I don’t like) says he will put her sorry ass in jail. I’m sure Cruz will do the same.
Issa is like the speedy checkout line where everyone in front of you has credit card problems or is paying with a jar of loose change and a third party check.
They both should serve prison terms.
I wonder if Huma convinced Hillary to set up the non-secure server to make it easier for Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood to spy on US secrets?
Probably in exchange for current (or future promised) donations to the Clinton Foundation from Middle East billionaires.
That could be why the terrorists knew so much about the Benghazi complex.
Mrs Clinton, Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey, Paula Jones, Katherine Prudhomme O'Brien are here with us tonight and seated in the front row. Trump then invites each to the stage to say a few words to Mrs Clinton. Hillary would immediately head for the nearest bathroom again - at a dead run and withdraw from the Presidential race.
