Not surprising and this isn’t sour grapes when I say this, today is all about wing and getting “my guy” in because winning is everything. This is even at the expense of compromising one’s principles. The Republican Party is in shambles and no different than the American Idol worshippers quickly clicking their guy to respond to a poll.
We have finally reached the point where now we blindly support someone fully buying into their words vs their actions and history. We are now no different than the liberals in 2008 that brought us Obama. I didn’t go to that church, I wasn’t friends with weather underground, hope and change (make America great again). Trump could come out tomorrow and change a position he’s held long dear throughout the campaign and 90% will try to explain it away and put it into “what he really meant”
At this point it doesn’t matter. I’ll entertainingly watch from the sidelines and hope I don’t have to come back here and say I told you so.

He really needs to get a ruling to clear this up. I’m saying this only because there are lawsuits lining up by the Dems.

Not at all lame. If you support the Constitution, STAND UP FoR IT! The Constitution says only a natural born citizen may be president. Cruz is not natural born. He and Rubio shouldn’t be running. The Republican Party is to blame for allowing this travesty! Just because Obama got away with it doesn’t mean two wrongs make a right!
Yep, supporters of liberalism is the only way to describe them. Donald Trump is to the left of every single person on that debate stage. And his record of statements and donations are all hard left until about six months ago. And now he is saying he wants to become part of the political establishment, and how he wants to work with Pelosi and Reid. All the dots are there, and they are really close together, but the Trumpbots ether don’t want to connect them...and some of the newer Trumpbots seem to be down with the duplicity.
Trump runs and the IQ around here dropped about 25 points.

Two days ago, 60% of Trump's supporters in an on-line poll didn't want him to drop out of the debate.
Once he made his decision, they all fell into line.
Well, we already know who he runs to...Soros, Sharpton, Clintons, Harry Reid, Rahm Emmanuel, etc, etc
Anyone who asks him about his stand on abortion apparently.
Pretty disgusting all this idol worshiping. Doing the exact same thing they mocked people on the left doing doing with Obama.

Unfortunately, this is not something that is going to go away. The most recent poll that had a thread here on Free Republic showed that just 51% of Republicans were sure that Ted Cruz was eligible and 49% either thought he wasn’t or were not sure. I would hate to sample Democrats in the general election but it will be used. At this point it is less a legal question than a political question.
That said I wish that the Trump campaign would leave it alone right now. They don’t need to do it and it just leaves a bad taste in many peoples’ mouth. But Trump is a brilliant strategist obviously who is several moves ahead of most of us... so either Ted just pissed him off and he doesn’t care or he just feels like this is something important.
Unfortunately admin seems to either tolerate or ignore it.
I suppose they can’t afford to pi$$ off a sizeable number of their members.
“some birther crap” is the attitude that did not stop Obama. I guess you are proud of yourself for putting another nail in the coffin of the Constitution. America is coming apart because people won’t defend the constitution and want it IGNORED because it is inconvenient to read and abide by it. Birther Crap is an insult to every American who believes in our REPUBLIC and that which it represents. Franklin said, “IF YOU CAN KEEP IT.” You and your fellow ignorants are making sure we DON’T KEEP IT!
