This is like saying he’ll “debate” the night the cow jumps over the moon.
The courts will not be taking this up. The “court” in this case is the American people, and should Cruz get the nom, the verdict will be rendered in November. If the American people decide they’d rather have a communist or cankled hag over a Cruz because of some birther crap, then so be it. We would need to start all over again anyway... it was a good run, and Franklin will be proved right.

But there's a HUGE difference between the circumstances of their births.
