No he’s not. Trump’s asking for the impossible. There’s no one Cruz can sue to get a judge to rule on his eligibility. Cruz needs to have been damaged to get in court and with everyone officially so far saying he’s eligible Cruz isn’t damaged. He can only get in court after someone else has ruled against him, such as some state election official. Trump on the other hand could claim damage from Cruz’s run and could sue to block him. But then he might lose and lose the issue. So the coward keeps faking it.

Suits have been filed in FL, IL, TX and VT, at least. So, Trump is waiting for one of the judges involved to dismiss the suit, or all of them? Or does he hold his fans in such contempt that he can vote for Obama in 2008 and then in 2011 say Obama not a natural born citizen; and, in 2015 say his lawyers have checked out Cruz and in 2016 say he’s not a natural born citizen?
Eligibility questions are being raised by constitutional scholars, and not just one or two.
This hangs over the candidacy of Cruz just as the coming FBI indictment will hang over the head of Hillary.
