Late today a Texas grand jury found no case against PP for selling baby parts; they did indite the producers of the video for unlawfully viewing a government form. Megyn Kelly of Fox news was the source for me.
Background is that pro life Gov.of Texas appointed the prosecutor, in the case, to find if an indictment of PP could be found AGAINST them for selling baby parts. Instead the Producers were indicted! This cannot happen by accident. Even if a grand jury would not find an intictment against PP, a separate action would have to be prosecuted by the State to indict the video producers. Apparently this is what happened.
Although this, FOR THE PRESENT, is not a Federal Action, it could well become one. It underscores how hard wired the system is against us, and how indescribably important it is for us to deny another Liberal administration from completing the fundemental destruction of America. We MUST Not allow this to happen.
With all the respect I have for you all who are lovers of this Country, it's Constitution, and our people; PLEASE come back together after the Primaries and vote for whoever prevails between Crux or Trump against the liberal who wishes to destroy us and all that is dear to us. We simply cannot sit this one out.
God Blees you ALL.
The prosecutor sits on the board of a local Planned Parenthood.
Conflict of interest???
Banana republic.
let me get this straight...
the sellers were indicted for selling the parts, but the “fake” buyers were indicted for pretending to want to buy them?
um... if they are guilty of buying... they someone is guilty of selling. Am I missing something here?
I meant the sellers were not indicted.
Someone needs to try and get this prosecutor disbarred.
The story came out a couple days ago. It makes me furious. All we can do is pray God in due course will charge the worst culprits in this sickening saga.
Anyone can file a bar complain. You might need to live in Texas, but perhaps not.
Sounds like they stacked the grand jury.
Why did the pro-life governor appoint him to prosecute this then?
Because you can’t trust anyone in politics. Never know what they are up to and who has something on them.
From what I understand, the grand jury was not to consider any charges against those who were illegally taped; IE: They couldn’t indict those who were selling the baby organs as they were recorded with a hidden camera without their knowledge.
Whereas the fake buyer had full knowledge they were being recorded and thus the tapes could be considered evidence against them.
Of course, now it is being reported across social media as evidence that the tapes were ‘faked’ - which I’ve gotta admit, that’s a fascinating concept, someone being indicted for making a fictional video...
My daughter was absolutely sure this was the case until I asked her: then what were they indicted for? You or I could make a fictional movie about selling body parts, and no grand jury would convene to examine it. No crime could have been committed in a fake tape.
And then she paled, realizing that all of those tapes were absolutely real.
Exactly.
While a hideous miscarriage of justice, the indictment of those filming the statements is a verification by the grand jury of the evidence against Planned Parenthood, whether there are charges filed against the baby butchers or not.
Obama can pardon 65 terrorists who have committed or plotted mass murder of Americans, but two Oregon ranchers sit in Federal prison for protecting their land. And at the same time while this political indictment against moral activists is perpetrated against video makers, Hilary Clinton is not only walking free, she is running for President!
What the hell is going on here?
I can only imagine that the current Gov of Texas, Greg Abbott, is livid over this. The political fireworks going off in the capitol are probably epic.
Is there a defense fund set up for these guys?
Whistleblowers need permits?
I don’t know about videoing someone (it wasn’t a hidden camera with the filmmakers out of the room and only the PP crooks being videoed) but in Texas you can tape a call as long as one party knows it is being recorded.
The filmmaker appears to be ready for court and knows that Planned Parenthood will have to make statements in court under oath.
Discovery is going to be a hell of a trip.
PP claims the tapes are edited but has fought their full release.
(Yeah...and we’re certainly not going to win, nor are the pre-born themselves, with “The Donald” — somebody who in a 1999 interview said he is “pro-choice in every respect.”)
That’s right; the sellers are not indicted, the undercover actors pretending to be buyers were indicted for unlawfully using information from government forms for their sting.
Texas Senator Crux needs to get involved in This!
Amen. Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition. All need to come together in the general election to save our Country from people like this.
