With just five days until Fox News airs the final GOP debate before the Iowa Caucuses, Donald Trump is reigniting his war with Megyn Kelly. "Based on âª@MegynKelly's conflict of interest and bias she should not be allowed to be a moderator of the next debate," Trump tweeted while campaigning in Iowa on Saturday.
Trump's feud with Kelly has been one of the most memorable storylines of this raucous GOP primary. In recent weeks, it has heated up. In a lengthy Vanity Fair profile this month, Kelly boasted of writing the now famous debate question about Trump's history of misogynic comments, which ignited the feud this summer. And last week, Kelly sarcastically brought up Sarah Palin's Trump endorsement, as well as hosted National Review editor Rich Lowry to promote the National Review's anti-Trump issue.
Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, indicated that Trump could walk away from the debate if Fox won't exclude Kelly. "Let's see what happens," he told me. "It's fair to say Mr. Trump is a significant ratings driver for these debates. If we aren't on stage for some reason, they wouldn't have the record 24 million viewers and would be back with 1-2 million people."

Reminds me of someone else who draws redlines that get crossed and nothing happens.
Best election evah!
Pray America wakes
This election is soooo much fun, isn't it?
I guess you haven’t read Trump’s book. :-)
Trump is the entity that creates the revenue for Fox. Does anyone care if Kasich or anyone else shows up?
Have Alan Colmes as moderator—that would be fun.
Do it, Mr. Trump!!!
I agree with you. This is a trial balloon to get “free” media. Trump is demonstrating his New York bully style - if someone doesn’t play by his rules, he will take his little ball and go home. What a sissy.
Having re-read two of his books recently it isn’t surprising. He really believes he is larger than the game. What arrogance on display.
Perhaps at his townhall he will answer direct questions instead of attacking individuals.
Gwjack
Time will tell.
Indeed. How many thousands of us here have been praying for just such a thing? Never did I imagine the form the answer would take however.
Trump is afraid to debate so close to the caucuses.
Another question: In light of the number of activist judges on the bench, advocating against the Constitution, how will you (Trump)deal with them, and will you provide leadership to have impeachment hearings?
Yeah that’s it. You figured him out. Here’s your cookie. Now go play in the street.
All bluster. No way Trump skips the debate.
Trump has been getting free media for months now from Faux News.
I am sure he has something worked out with them so that he will come out "shiney hiney" on this one.
The NewYawk Value Man is a narcissist deluxe and puts the Muslim in the White House to shame.
I think he should do it. Remember Candy Crowley?
The job of a moderator is to ask questions and increase our knowledge of the candidates. It isn’t to insert themselves into the debate or ask gotcha questions or to steer the debate for or against any candidate. Mz Kelly has broached all of those things. About time one of these turkeys got the boot.
While DT isn’t entitled to a forum, faux news isn’t entitled to DT’s time.
Either way, he wins. Go, Trump!
Good, good. I missed that.
Yes, that’s a better question.
