Beck said he had never endorsed a presidential candidate in his 40 years of broadcasting, but he made an exception because of the urgency of the moment.
He said he even prefers Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), a self-proclaimed "democratic socialist" running in the Democratic presidential primary, to Trump.
"Honesty, faith and truth are basic requirements. And quite honestly, I have to tell you, this probably isn't going to go over very well, that's why I like Bernie Sanders," he said. "Bernie Sanders is like, 'Yep, I'm a socialist.'
"I can actually sit at a table with a man who says, 'Yes, I'm a socialist, and yes, I don't like what we are doing, we should be more like Denmark,' " he added.

This election season is ripping the masks off of many in the public eye. Jeb Bush compliments Bloomberg who could not be a more destructive force against liberty. Beck loves Bernie Sanders. Fox is in the tank for the GOPe. I can’t remember when I had so much fun.
Maybe the Cruz people have internal polling that shows them losing steam and they are so desperate they are making mistakes under pressure. If there is one thing that is crystal clear. We know Trump is fully in charge and running things. There is no doubt. With Beck in the picture you wonder who is now in charge? Is it Cruz or Beck.
When Palin spoke for Trump she had her moment in the sun but when she was done it was clear she is there to help Trump and he is the kahuna.
You don’t get that impression with the Back/Cruz thing.

You'd think if Beck said what the headlines claimed that they'd have included the actual quote of him saying that.
That being said, the Palin and Beck endorsements are not something that make me think better of either of the candidates.
I do not see any actual quote from Beck where he says that he prefers Sanders to Trump. Here is what the article from The Hill states on this point:

I had thought it was a Photoshop job done by someone on FR. But it was the ACTUAL image they used on-stage! Was this supposed to be a rally for Cruz or Beck trying to run as a co-candidate?

This Beck ‘buddy’ thing is something else, has me wondering if the people of Texas even want Cruz as Senator anymore and I know I don’t want him as a President if this is the company he keeps...WOW!!!
