The United Bank of Switzerland, which is one of the world's largest banks and gold traders, called in its January 2016 Investment Report entitled 'The Future of Europe that Europe should double the number of "migrants" into its borders in order to keep up with demand for "qualified workers"': To match the US labor growth rate, the EU needs 1.8m additional immigrants (of working age) annually for the next 10 years, for example. This is substantially higher than the level of net immigration into the EU before the global financial crisis, and far above the net annual average of 0.6–0.7m immigrants since then. A clear change in immigration policies could address this situation. Global competition for qualified workers, who naturally seek the most attractive destinations, is growing.
Unfortunately, the initial measures the EU took to reverse its weak immigration policy following the global financial crisis by admitting refugees turned into a debacle. The dysfunctional reaction of Europe to the refugee crisis and the related chaos at its borders has not improved its image as a highly desirable destination for immigrants. What's more, our estimate that 1.8m additional net immigrants of working age are needed annually to match US labor growth dwarfs the number associated with the current European refugee. (note: I am sure that all of these new "refugees" to Europe are just the kinds of "qualified workers" the continent needs, especially considering that more that 90% are on some form of welfare, they need signs to tell them where to defecate and where to shower, because many cannot understand or do not care about basic hygiene...)

#1) UBS is the Union Bank of Switzerland. Having been to their corporate offices and had a 7 course meal for lunch in their boardroom, I think I understand the company.
#2) if you get your facts wrong up front, people are less inclined to listen for the remainder.
They are only qualified for collecting benefits and imposing Sharia.
However, the various EU governments WILL give them spending $$ to buy food, rent apartments and otherwise live at a basic Western standard of living. This will boost the Economy (either through extra taxes or deficit spending)—but that IS the most important goals in the minds of the Elites.

At this point, the Western governments are just looking for “clients”; they need people to govern, and don’t care where they find them. The US is doing this as well; NJ is foremost in the attempt to bolster a sagging population (due to few American births and the flight of many of the remaining Americans).
I don’t understand the issue of worker shortages when many jobs are being eliminated due to robotics, automation, etc.

Most of these migrants hale from countries that have never invented anything except grafitti and crap holes, and to find ways to convince other countries to subsidize their people and government. The neat yardage well kept towns nd cities of Europe are becoming a thing of the past due to the lack of initiative of the new found culture of their new residents.

EXACTLY——IF those ‘refugees’ had any skills or ambition-—they would have cleaned up their own homeland & stayed there & would have been prosperous.
These are NOT refugees-—They are an army out of uniform who has successfully invaded Europe. They are already causing trouble in large areas & no one wants to admit that letting them come into any European country was a huge mistake.
Ship them all back to the Middle East.
