Today, the National Black Republican Association announced via their blog that they will be endorsing Donald Trump during the presidential election. Trump quickly tweeted out a link to the announcement. NBRA Chair Frances Rice detailed their reasoning, writing
As citizens who happen to be black, we support Mr. Trump because he shares our values. We, like Mr. Trump, are fiscally conservative, steadfastly pro-life and believers in a small government that fosters freedom for individuals and businesses, so they can grow and become prosperous.
We are deeply concerned about illegal immigration, a major cause of high black unemployment, especially among black youth.
This endorsement has a particularly strong pull coming from this association given that the black Republican running against Trump, Ben Carson, did not speak to their beliefs as much as the white real estate mogul does. This gives credence to Trump's assertion that he polls well among black communities.
Following is the complete statement: http://blackrepublican.blogspot.com/2016/01/national-black-republican-association.html
Announcing National Black Republican Association Endorses Donald J. Trump By Frances Rice
We, the grassroots activists of the National Black Republican Association, are pleased to announce our endorsement of Donald J. Trump for President of the United States of America.
Black Americans across America are beginning to wake up and see clearly the reality of what is happening in black neighborhoods. Democrats have run black communities for the past 60 years and the socialist policies of the Democrats have turned those communities into economic and social wastelands, witness Detroit, Baltimore and South Chicago.
We believe that Mr. Trump has demonstrated that he can push back against the mainstream media, end political correctness and free black communities from the destructive grip of socialist Democrats.
We urge our fellow black Americans to seize control over their own destiny and leverage their vote the way other groups do. It is way past time black Americans stop having their vote taken for granted by Democrats, hold politicians accountable for the content of their policies and not vote merely based on the label of their party.
Thank you, tennmountainman!
I agree with you but the fact remains that the position Trump has taken is still considered a strongly pro-life one
Compare it with Hitlery abortion at any time for any reason paid for by the government. Hillary believes that abortion is a feminist sacrament.
I cannot save all the children I’ll start with 95%
The word isn’t “realist” the word is phoney.
Whether you’re conservative or stupid is yet to be determined.
LOL!
Never thought of that angle, but no, he just talking about cookies.
I’m just learning about Mrs. Rice. Very interesting!
Why hasn’t the RJC, Republican Jewish Coalition endorsed yet. OK, I get that Cruz, Rubio, Huckabee, Trump, Santorum, just about all GOP candidates are much more supportive of Jews and Israel than Obama.
At the same time just like Sarah Palin said she has friends like Paul and Cruz she helped get elected, and it was time to choose because only one can be president, and Trump for Palin was most electable.
On Israel, Trump is a friend of Bibi, he did a commercial, gave contributions to Likud Israel’s Conservative party.
Trump is in favor of moving the USA embassy to Jerusalem.
Family wise Ivanka is married to an Orthodox Jew, she converted to Judaism, and Trump has no problem with New York values, Code word for Italians, Blacks, Jews, and Hispanics.
The RJC represents the 20 percent of Jews that voted for Romney. If Trump wants to carry Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, California, Nevada, New Jersey, and Ohio, he should hope to get the support of the RJC and Sheldon Adelson.
Kiss my ass, jerk.
“Iâve heard nothing from Trump since that time that tells me he is against rape/incest exceptions.”
I’m not sure, but I imagine he does make those exceptions. Which candidate is against those exceptions? It’s certainly not the majority opinion. No girl deserves that punishment. And I’m done with abortion discussion because NO president can do one thing about it. NONE of your other republicans ever did.
Thanks for the ping. JUST A BIG WOW! LOVE IT!
WOOHOO! GO TRUMP GO!
I LOVE seein’ people happy!
In case you missed this one earlier:

“that anyone pregnant who wishes to end the life of their child can claim rape, so that 5% number would most likely climb substantially.”
Not if they’d never reported the crime.
And yes, once again I agree with you but our position, in a fallen world, is never going to be supported by the non-elect. Therefore, I will take what I can get.
Or Bush whose grandfather Prescott was the original treasurer or planned parenthood and shared Margaret Sangors bigoted philosophy
It was his grandfathers philosophy of elimination of imperfection that rose its ugly head when Terry Shivo life was at stage
They’re already at that point.
Evidently, anything that we post is reason enough for them to go nuts on us.
We all know what YOU are and what YOU aren’t. *snicker*
