First they heard the screams.
Karl Williams, the assistant coach for the Ooltewah High School basketball team, hurried downstairs to the rooms where the 14 teenage players were staying for the duration of their four day tournament in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
There he found a 15-year-old freshman player covered in blood, urine and feces, Hamilton County District Attorney General Neal Pinkston told ESPN. Two sophomore players were holding the boy down, while a third teammate, a senior, shoved a pool cue up his rectum. The freshman was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery to repair his bladder and colon, which had been ruptured by the cue. The three alleged assailants were arrested and charged with aggravated rape.
But coaches never reported the Dec. 21 incident to local authorities or child services, according to investigators.
And meanwhile, the basketball team continued to play.

Death Penalty!!!
I’m guessing front row
Followup stories indicate that this was not an isolated crime.
Sorry, I don't know how to do links, so you'll have to cut and paste.

The three Orcs that did this need to have their lives ended before they harm anyone else or reproduce further. Were that my son or grandson it would be taken care of with all due deliberate speed.
Take these f&*king monsters and put them in jail for life.
A number of stories about the cancellation of the season are dated January 6 or 7:

I’m a teacher, off for a snow day! Please hate on me while I go out to Dollar General & put a bag of pull ups on my credit card for one of my students whose family was hit by a tornado around Christmas. Money is short for them right now.
I looked at some of your posts. Quite the “Christian” you are. Which is so odd because the Christians I know don’t advocate HATE for entire groups of people. But I do understand if YOU personally are angry at your schooling. They obviously failed you. Punctuation & capitalization are not exactly your best friends.
Now toddle along.......I’m sure there are some old retired teachers in your town who you could beat up. After that maybe a dog or cat you could kick for good measure. ( maybe their owner WENT to a public school). Oh Barb, you make me want to have some cinnamon toast ;)
So all your information came from looking at a photo online and then just making shit up?
Why would you just lie like that? Who do you think you’re helping? No one at FR is helped by your lies.
If one of my students scrapes their arm on the playground they go to the nurse. ALWAYS! This story makes me sick to my stomach.
Well, statistics show kids and much more likely to be molested at home than anywhere else.
Similar incident happened at a small HS in eastern Washington several years ago with the wrestling team, except it was a broom stick.
Cost the school district millions
It was one of the reasons that the Superintendent is in hot water. The rape occurred before Christmas, and it took until Jan 6 or 7 for him to cancel the rest of the season.
I find it inconceivable that they continued to play in the tournament in Gatlinburg after this happened. And then in another in Chattanooga days afterward.
And while I hold the adults who were supposedly in charge accountable (along with the criminals themselves), I cannot imagine the rest of the team not stepping in to stop this. I know they're teens, but still...
No, not at all....I viewed the story right after it happened, as I said....This thread is the first I’ve seen since then...What I said earlier was what I gleaned from the earlier reports on this story...
I’m not trying to “help” anyone...Just stating what I had read earlier...
Queers. They are everywhere lately.
Williams, Montgomery and Nayadley have been suspended without pay. If they ultimately plead guilty, they can be fined no more than $2,500. A not-guilty plea would send the case before a grand jury.
Sounds like they'll get a light punishment.
The coaches are queer as the attackers. If I was on a jury for the father that shot the coach for not reporting it, id vote not guilty.
If you go to the school’s website today, you’ll find the basketball team’s photo has been removed...
it was there right after the rape happened...It was the SAME picture shown in here WITHOUT the date...
I don’t know what the hell you are referring to when you said made shit up and I lied...
“that the coaches did report the assault to the school district.”
Who do we report bank robbery to, the PTA? A rape should go to the cops. I just bet what we aren’t being told is that this was a black homo gang rape on the freshman white boy. That would explain the lack of reporting.
While all school employees were trained on what to do in cases of child abuse and especially sexual assault, coaches got a double dose of it.
It is the law in Tennessee that we had to report something like this IMMEDIATELY.
While this specific link is tailored for a University, our training acknowledgement form looked very much like this, and our school required that it be included in our team folder. It provides the exact contacts to call IMMEDIATELY:
Again, sorry don't know how to do links:
