There's something initially angering that becomes very sad when a fraud is revealed. Tonight on his radio show Mark Levin was forced to admit the son of his fiancee is a full time staffer for Senator Ted Cruz.
After spending weeks attacking anyone who critiques candidate Ted Cruz, the motives of Mark Levin now take full sunlight. He should be ashamed, VERY ashamed.
No, Mr. crony-constitutionalist, lying by omission is not the least bit funny. Nor is deception toward your audience when you do not disclose your own conflicts. Especially when we consider the hours Levin spends railing against the internecine family associations like George Will and his wife working for Scott Walker.
Crony politics is apparently alive and well amid the Mark Levin radio show. Perhaps he will tell the audience how much advertising money he takes from political campaigns? Or more specifically entities with a vested interest in political campaigns?
Think he'll fess up now that he's busted?
Nah, me neither.
He's got another book to sell...
Wow. Just Wow.
The campaign of Donald Trump continues to expose the "Decepticons".
It will be like this every time a President Trump would do something that isn't conservative or if he does the touchback amnesty.
Conservatives will complain. Trump fans will complain about conservatives complaining. They will trash Levin. They will trash us.
No. It's absurd. Levin makes millions being a conservative. Levin's pimple faced future step son in-law in a gopher in Cruz's DC office.
If you think Levin, who has been a steady conservative for 40 years, is going to change his point-of-view, because of a future step son-in-law, that he has know for only a short period of time, then you aren't being objective.
Same here!
BUL!
That, or he has seen a preview of his ratings slumping due to his wall-to-wall Cruz-infomercials disguised as program material.
Sundance complains about a so-called conflict of interest, yet he doesn't even use his real name so that we may determine if he has a conflict of interest.
No. Trump self identifies now as a politician, and he is one.
I just listened to the first few minutes of Levin’s response, but had to turn it off because it was too painful. He sounded shell-shocked => http://therightscoop.com/mark-levin-a-campaign-is-trying-to-silence-me-and-when-i-find-out-who-im-gonna-expose-them/
From long time listener to Levin. Whether or not Levin stands of Cruz is irrelevant, Levin has been the exact same as he is now, long before Cruz came along. Cruz has been one of the most conservative senators we have had in a long time. So for Levin to defend conservatism, well that is what he does. He has defended Trump alot, until he started attacking Cruz just like a liberal would from the left.
That’s simply not true. Levin has been hitting Trump while giving Cruz a pass for doing the EXACT same thing.
There is nothing substantive about Cruz’s “Trump’s a NY Liberal” school yard taunts. Yet Levin is fine with them.
Fact is Cruz can dish it out and he can’t take it. Hiding behind Levin’s skirts is no way to beat the Dems.
It is a level of scorched earth Iâve never seen before. Do they understand that even if Trumpâs elected that there will be life after him? Whatâs the point in trying to destroy some of the best voices conservatism has (Limbaugh, Levin) just because they donât agree 105% with Trump?
Have you been listening? Levin has been running 3 hour Cruz campaign infomercials lately. If anybody is going scorched earth it’s Levin. And he is foolish marginalizing himself for no reason. Really sad, IMO.
I won’t listen to Mark or Beck anymore; disappointed in their integrity.
I don’t think they are ‘conservative enough’
Trump could start performing abortions on the debate stage and theyâd still love him. Itâs really a mental disease.
Vile post. You should be ashamed. I expect better from FReepers.
Full disclosure on Day One would’ve made this a moot point. I worked in H.R. for years, and know that one simple statement or document changes everything.
I believe that Cruz is Levin’s choice and would endorse him in any case. That isn’t the point. I guess they call it “optics”. People lose trust.
If Trump is elected and the wall on the southern border doesn’t go up who will Trump supporters blame?
There is NO “conflict of interest”!
It is true from my viewpoint. I have listened to Levin for a long time, way before Cruz was a glimmer on the political spectrum. Levin is probably the truest conservative out there that is in mass media or radio.
I have no idea what your viewpoint is our political history is. So this is not meant to be a personal assault on you.
Levin hit Trump for going at him like a liberal would trying to basically disqualify him in people’s minds, instead of staying on issues and policy differences.
Not going after Cruz for going after Trump for his liberal history and liberal values which are extensive, is true to form for Levin. Levin is extremely conservative.
I won’t blame anyone. I will simply pay Jim Steinle to punch him in the throat in the Oval Office.
It doesnât at all. The liberals have infiltrated the conservative ranks first tearing down their candidate which btw is without a doubt, no debating about it the most conservative since Reagan.
Ridiculous. Newt did far more to advance conservative agenda in DC than Cruz has ever done.
“Can anybody explain to me how this affects his credibility?”
It really shouldn’t. It’s just insinuation, just like what Trump does - insinuation without much of an argument. Anyone who has actually listened to the show knows that Levin for a long time tried to be neutral in the Trump vs. Cruz war. But now Trump is saying things that could ultimately help Hillary. Is Levin supposed to always remain neutral about all the candidates and never criticize ones that he sees as not conservative enough or who otherwise seem damaging?
Now how does he get off calling that intimidation? Sounds like good reporting to me. Levin is just all red-faced because someone uncovered an embarrassing fact he should have been up front about. Boo hoo.
