I am sure there are a great many conservatives who were deeply disappointed with Sarah Palinâs endorsement of Donald Trump Tuesday. It was hard on the ears and harder on the heart. If anything, Sarah Palin and Donald Trump made Sen. Ted Cruz look more presidential...

I support Trump, but disagree with the remarks about Pam Geller’s Draw Mohammed events. And I like Pam Geller, but think she is wrong here. She’s let Trump’s criticism muddle her view of who is actually more in agreement with her on the dangers of Islam.
Trump is far more an ally than Cruz, especially when it comes to the dangers of Islamists using immigration and other legal means to invade a Western nation.
I still like Palin. I wish she had decided to endorse my guy rather than Donald, but oh well. I still like her.
I am happy to see that a warrior like Geller is apparently backing Cruz. That is an endorsement that really means something to me.
Cruz is the best candidate I’ve seen in decades, and it astonishes me that he doesn’t get more traction than he does.
Trump’s claim to fame are two-fold: he has embraced national sovereignty as his banner, and he refuses to back down when the press starts pounding him.
The same thing is true of Cruz, with the additional fact that he is a constitutionalist and has proven himself willing to take on even Republicans when they betray the people who elected them and the principles they supposedly stand for.
I understand why people support Trump, most of my extended family are over the moon for him. But Cruz is my choice, I believe he is the best man running since Reagan.
in casual forms of communication, adherence to strict rules of punctuation and grammar are secondary to getting one’s message across... those sarcastically holding to haranguing improper use of the language tend to lose sight of the forest for the trees block the view.
jumping the shark derives its meaning from the episode of Happy Days, where arthur fonzirelli jumps a shark tank with his motorcycle, epitomizing the fact that there were no more realistic episodes left for the show, and the writers resorted to the ridiculous.
such as sarah palin endorsing the donald.
Geller is spot on. I didn’t know that Palin was a no-show on the WTC mosque.
I concur with Pamela Geller on this one.
I am SO disappointed.
Palin better hope that Trump wins Iowa...if not, her continued slide down the road to irrelevancy will accelerate.
She didnât have the stones.

Where, oh, where has someone sequestered all of the synonyms for “courageous”? I am so sick of seeing these vulgar terms that make reference to a man’s genitalia. And, in addition, it is so stupid to use such a description for a woman.
You and I disagree on your lazy and deliberate destruction of the language because of the advent of the smartphone etc.
Yes, everyone posting here knows about the Happy Days episode. What the phrase means is not what you say it means and cannot be applied to Palin’s endorsement of Trump unless you just let it mean anything you like.
Screw your disrespect of my native language! I disrespect your bastardization of it...and the tattoo you’ve applied to yourself remains for all to see until and unless you choose to remove it.
And let me also thank you, and also repost your statement. It's so damn sad that people around here seem to have forgotten these things (or are willfully ignoring them).
“Trump will be doing shows with Benny Hinn before this is over.”
You may be in error. I have heard that he is in with Pee Wee Herman.
Hussein & Hillary’s plan to open the U.S. floodgates to the
Jihadist Muslim hordes without first declaring a
MORATORIUM on it is par for the course (votes); and those
two have armed security out their wazoos and don’t give a
flip about the rest of us (even wanting to take our guns
away from us!). Trump’s the only one who has spoken
sensibly about the Muzzie MORATORIUM thing.
Especially courageous when she was pushing her conservative bobbing-in-the-water videos with her tits hanging out back in the day when she wasn’t a VIP who far exceeds Palin’s notoriety.
“Cruz could fly a plane into a playground, and these people will write that it shows Cruzâs skill in connecting with young people.”
We don’t really agree, but that there was funny.
The ideological compromises that Palin has made to endorse Trump may be understandable in terms of her feelings of betrayal by the Republican Old Guard, but , at the risk of over simplifying, two wrongs don’t make a right.
Palin made herself look like a bimbo, who is politically prostituting herself to get even with those who dissed her and her family.
in this case, appearing Presidential involves more than looks, it involves core values and ideals. Trump has none and is now reverting to his former pattern of being a wheeler dealer for special interests.
Good comment
At this point, I trust Trump more than Cruz. I have seen nothing to dissuade me so far. Trump seems real whereas Cruz seems polished and rehearsed and more like a politician.
I’m in favor of citizen-statesmen rather than career politicians. I’m tired of career politicians. I want someone who would rather be somewhere else but is doing this for only one reason - to make America better, not to benefit their own political careers.
Trump fits that bill for me better than Cruz.
No, Cruz seems more rigidly orthodox and idealistic than Trump and his followers, who seem more clinical and pragmatic regarding politics and the Constitution. Trump is willing to do anything and say anything to win and some of his followers like that, even if it means lying about an honest opponent.
